GoogleI've been searching for a place for a few months. I've dealth with a lot of agencies and for me Oakwood stood compared to the rest. Firstly they had more homes that were worthy of a viewing compared to others, they also took the time to remember to see if i was still looking and would email me or call me when more suitable options showed up. No one else did that except one, but even that was only once. They were also the only ones to give me a fact sheet about the home when i arrived which was very helpful when comparying other viewings. They were also one of the only ones to pick up calls and return them swiftly. In particular Sarah. Good for them that they run a high standard set up. and Thank you

GoogleWe have now been in our new home out in the countryside for a month, and now that things have settled down we wish to offer our heartfelt and sincere thanks to all at Oakwood Estates (Datchet) for the whole process leading up to the sale of our old home in Datchet. It turned out there were a number of challenges along the way but the whole team, with Elaine leading the way along with Charmaine and Martha, did a fantastic job in steering us through the various hurdles. Clear, knowledgeable, practical and regular updates from the very start to final sale completion meant that we were fully informed at all times and able to make informed decisions on the way forward as and when necessary. We cannot thank Elaine and the whole team enough for the professional and friendly approach, and all the hard work, time and effort that went into the sale and are thoroughly delighted to now be in our bungalow out in the country. We are very happy to highly recommend Oakwood Estates to anyone wishing to sell property in the Datchet area. Brilliant job and many thanks from us both.

GoogleOakwood Estates were absoutely fantastic with letting out a property. There were several issues, such as getting energy and gas certificates, rehanging cuphoards and arrainging for some of the rooms to be painted/recarpetted. They took care of everything. They kept me fully informed at all times. Their contractors generally came in within less than a week, no matter how big the job. It meant all the issues were fully sorted within a few weeks. And they found a tenant for the property who moved in within a day of our finishing the works at a higher rent than we advertised. They were friendly throughout, fully informative and their rates are very standard for the industry. I could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have to say that Abbi @ Oakwood Estates could not have been a better estate agent for my brother and I. As joint executors we felt a lot of responsibility concerning the sale of my deceased uncle's property. Abbi helped shoulder that responsibility in numerous ways. Abbi's attention to detail, her excellent communication skills, with all concerned, her incredible ability to sort out problems that might have slowed the progress of the sale (there were many), her great sense of humour and genuine interest in helping us, was outstanding! I felt she was on our side. I would advise anyone wanting a prompt and effective service, as well as a great human being to deal with, to engage Oakwood Estates. Claire, in the office, who we spoke to on the phone quite a few times, also helped us a great deal, and was always up to date with the progress of our sale. A great comfort.
