GoogleHaving just completed on a very complicated, protracted and lengthy sale, I cannot praise the professionalism, dedication and communication skills of Oakwood Estates Langley, highly enough. Initially, Conor produced, from our brief, an extremely high quality and detailed brochure, including aerial images. The conveyancing produced an endless stream of problems which were very impressively handled by Chantelle Lumley. The patience, professionalism, subject knowledge, dedication and empathy, shown by Chantelle, throughout the whole journey was more than special. We cannot thank her enough and we would recommend this team of experts, without reservation.

GoogleConnor O Neil from the Langley Sales office has been awesome. He understood my difficult condition with the mortgage rates shooting off the roof with my buy-to-let property. He suggested the right price in order to sell the property. Responsibly handled a situation with a difficult tenant, and managed to sell my property at the right price at the right time saving me from the huge mortgage offshoot. GoogleAs Oakwood Agency is reasonably new to me, I have been a little apprehensive as what I could possibly be expecting from it. However, to my surprise, the handling personnel from the letting department, Rebecca, has been most courteous, helpful and efficient in dealing with the whole process from start to finish. GoogleDelighted with the service from Clare, Abbi and team. We instructed them to sell our (slightly unusual) property in summer 2023. Although we didn't quite achieve the price we'd hoped for initially, Oakwood were still able to secure us a sale at a great price (verified by speaking with other agents) in a cooling and challenging market. We did suffer some setbacks along the way, especially when our first chain collapsed through no fault of Oakwood's. What impressed us most was the excellent communication, honesty and dogged persistence. Always quick to reply to emails. Always straight to the point. Brilliant at chasing other agents/solicitors in the chain - and really demonstrated the difference between a great agent like Oakwood versus some of the decidedly below-average chain agents operating locally. They also connected us with an excellent local solicitor - again, this made a huge difference and we can't overstate the importance of having a good agent-solicitor combination in the current market. It was clear that they were acting in our best interests throughout the process to get us the best possible outcome. Yes, of course it benefits them as well but they genuinely earned their fee on this one and we're extremely grateful. Thanks again, Clare and Abbi - we would have given up on the sale if you hadn't guided it to completion so professionally.
