We moved onto our estate in March 2022. Management was lovely and we saw them regularly going around the estate waving and talking to people solving their problems. When we moved in there was a leak in the kitchen that was resolved within 2 days and bout three months later our bath was leaking in which it was noticed in the kitchen with the walls. Sorted within 2 weeks. Hence a the three star review. We noticed management had changed then and don't see anyone very often anymore. A leak was noticed in June 2023 with the ensuite which isn't really used that much. We had an extra person staying with us in which the ensuite would have being beneficial. The ceiling looked a bit damp so barratt after 2 weeks got someone out to look at it and they said it was a barratt thing. Here we are in August still waiting for a simple repair. We was told we wouldn't need a snag reporter to come in however if we were to move into the future of a new build which we do love I would recommended one with the trust that has now fallen with this new management team. After coming back from a holiday in which we haven't heard any news from barratt it's gonna be quicker to pay for ourselves.This was resolved in September with quick replys and updates

The reservation letter provided during meting with waterside staff has few issues as it was different from the one I signed at the sales event held in HK. Would be great if 1. Agent sales to know the appropriate values to be used in the form, 2. the signed form could be shared Barratt staff for continuity and 3. I was contacted by additional solicitor (client side) which was different from the solicitor assigned at the sales events which caused confusion.
