Amazing experience with Helen and Nicky from the Chalker's Rise development in Peacehaven!Both have been a staple in our home buying journey, even though we didn't proceed due to personal reasons, they've been there for every step of the process. Kind, supportive and fun -- just what I expected when I first met them. Their availability and lovely demeanour was truly one of a kind, I don't think we could've gone through the process without their superb attitude. Working with you both has been such an enjoyable moment of our lives, no matter the sad outcome -- you both deserve a raise and a promotion, you're just too good! TrustpilotOn going issues with water logged…
On going issues with water logged garden and flooding in the garage. Thought Barratts would have been be better than persimmon who we last purchased with but was so wrong. Water runs down the drive into neighbours garden. The same houses as ours on the estate have a wall around the bottom garden but ours doesn’t because it wasn’t in the plans. Doesn’t make it the right decision does it. Let’s see what NHBC think about it when we report them as we were told a slight incline not a water bogged hill

Stefan made our journey of purchasing our first home very straightforward. We faced no issues throughout the process and consistently kept us informed of any updates. Throughout the process Stefan gave us visual updates of the build which made us very excited. If there was any questions or advice we needed, Stefan was always there and had the answer. His excitement for us only made the process so much more easy as he was super friendly and kept in touch throughout. Stefan himself played a factor to why we decided to buy in this area as straight from the off we knew he would be truthful & helpful. Thanks to Stefan we now have a beautiful house we now call home :)

Mansha Panesar, Sales Team Leader at Brooklands addressed a lot of our queries. We went with a big excel sheet of questions and she answered most of the with patience. We never felt that she is trying to sell the house, rather we felt like we are talking to a friend who is guiding us with the house purchase. She is polite and patient. I hope the team continues to maintan the same relation with us until we feel settled in the new house.
