Lauren from sales has been tremendous, and for a short period as was Lucy. Dave the site manager has been nothing but helpful. The experience was made easy . That said , all electrical sockets & lighting were not as ordered and were replaced. The dishwasher piping was left incomplete and a large amount of water lay in the adjoining cupboard. Just prior to completion staff were unaware of a very decent amount of mould that had formed on the skirts. I’d definitely recommend Barratts however.

After we move we are facing lots of issue within house.Some snags are fine but there were some major works with flooring and some appliances. Still after 12 days of moving issues is not resolved My kid is just 9 months and he is facing issue and disturbance due to work carried out. One issues resolved leads to another problem.Not satisfied at all.25Jul2024- Thanks for replying. We have team visited to investigate the issue. Looking forward to get it resolved ASAP.
