TrustpilotHonestly the best agents in Colchester
From start to finish Oakheart have been exemplary in the sale of my property. The photos and virtual tour were much better than competitor properties. Cormac who led on the sale was communicative and available at all hours. Gigi in sales progression really went above and beyond with a complicated situation. They really earn their money's worth, highly recommended.

Trustpilotbest experience with an agent ever

TrustpilotOakheart epitome of professionalism
Oakheart have been extremely professional and conscientious. Jamie was an excellent sales man who made sure he secured us the best price for our property. From valuation to completion we felt informed and supported. Jamie ensured that the sale was as smooth as can be and communicated well throughout. Would definitely use them again in any future moves. An excellent example of how an estate agency should be run! Will be recommending to friends and family.

TrustpilotBrilliant Estate Agents
I recently rented my flat out using OakHeart Property. Alongside this Oakheart found myself and my partner a beautiful house to rent in Mersea. The service from Rich (Lettings Manager) at Oakheart was brilliant, from the first meeting Rich was one step ahead of the rest of the estate agents I had met with (and I had met with ALLOT of agents by then). He really listened to the requirements of the property we were looking for and actively called me to tell me about the house in Mersea before it had even been advertised. I would recommend Oakheart to anyone looking for a estate agent. Their professional, proactive and friendly service made renting as smooth as possible. The finishing touches, follow up calls and texts made a huge difference - excellent customer service.

TrustpilotHighly recommended!
We have (almost!) completed on our first home and cannot fault Oakheart and their service throughout the process. Eddie has been really helpful arranging viewings and communicating with the vendor to answer any questions we have had. Gigi has been a dream, keeping us updated regularly and always available to talk us through the progression of sale. The team has made a daunting process as stress free as possible and we’re so thankful! We would highly recommend Oakheart Property.

TrustpilotFantastic Customer Service
I first got in contact with Oakheart to purchase my first property. From the first call with Kieran I was made to feel very welcome and despite me not having any knowledge about real estate they explained the process in a very simple and understanding way. Not long after my first enquiry Cormac got in contact with me and it was just nice to have conversation about suitable properties for me without having to chase them up myself. They remembered all my requests from the first call and it’s the small attention to details that I think separates them from other agents. I do highly recommend them!

TrustpilotSo helpful and knowledgeable
Despite me opting to no longer sell my property. The team at Oakheart were incredibly helpful and were in regular contact with me. They answered all questions and queries I had. I highly recommend them, a very active and ambitious team. Even when I informed them I no longer wanted to sell, they still made sure there was nothing else they could assist me with and they will remain a contact for me in the long term !!!

TrustpilotAmazing service
We instructed Oakheart to handle the sale of my fathers home. I can honestly say that the whole experience has been so stress free. The guidance, advised and professionalism from Charlie and the whole team has been invaluable. With their fantastic marketing and organisation skills after one open house we had multiple offers and a sale. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but those people have obviously not used Oakheart. I highly recommend their services and can’t thank Charlie and Gigi enough they went above and beyond.

Darrell and the team at Oakheart are a credit to the industry. From valuations, advertising my property, communications up to completion can only be described as outstanding. They photo's and write up that presented my property to potential buyers were fantastic. When you live in something so long, you never really appreciate what you have until its potential is shown in a professional manner. Thank you team Oakheart. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotTop Estate Agent and team
When it comes to picking an estate agent it’s so difficult as so many about but we was told about Oakheart so gave them a try with another estate agents as well at the same time. The other estate agent did not bother and only got us 1 viewing but Oakheart went above and beyond to help sell my dads house. They put so much in place to help us with dads house being quite dated and needing modernisation we honestly didn’t think they would be able to help us but with everything they put in place it was not long before the viewings where coming in and then the best news they had sold it for us. We as a family cannot thank Oakheart and the team for going above and beyond in selling dads house for us. Thank you so much guys you have been amazing. So if anyone is looking to sell or buy I would tell them choose Oakheart as they are our number one estate agents and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

TrustpilotColchester’s Best Estate Agent
After many years of dealing with various Colchester estate agents as both a tenant and as a landlord I’m delighted to have found Oakhart. They really know their stuff and the whole team are refreshingly honest, enthusiastic, on the ball and genuinely interested in their clients. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
