View AgentsExcellent service resulting in a quick sale
From my first meeting with Karen Smith in February when we placed my Mum's home on the market to completion in May I have been delighted with the service which we have received from Nicol and Co. It has been a refreshing change to deal with a firm of Estate Agents who are proactive in their approach. Leanne Fletcher has done a fantastic job, keeping us up to date and fully informed at every stage of the sales process. And she always responded swiftly and professionally to any questions or inquiries that we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co. Thank you so much, Karen, Leanne and all the other members of the team at Nicol and Co. From Deborah S

View AgentsService well above any norm!
The common sense, good nature, perseverance and juggling skills necessary to bring a difficult sale to conclusion displayed by Leanne was a wonderful thing. To feel you have someone on your side in often challenging circumstances is the mark of a true professional. I know this end of the job is not for the faint hearted - Nicol and Co should be very proud to have Leanne on board! Thanks once again.

Property was on sale for over 12 months with another top agent, We changed to Nicol & Co and sold within 6 months. Leanne Fletcher dealt with the sale and was very professional and courteous. Leanne kept me informed at every stage of the sale and contacted solicitors ( who were very slow ) to keep the process moving along. More than happy with Leanne and Nicol & Co excellent association. I was kept updated through each phase, Nicol and Co helped me negotiate the sale of the property and I felt they always had my bets interests in mind. When I came across any obstacles that held up the sale, Nicol and Co exceeded my expectation and worked with my solicitors to process the sales. All the staff were approachable and welcoming. I felt I was given a personalised service and would highly recommended Nicol and Co to friends and family.

View AgentsHighly recommend this agent!
We dealt with several of the staff based at Nicol & Co during the sales process, but once we had secured a buyer, it was Leanne that guided us to a successful and speedy completion. We found all of the staff to be extremely professional, and they were always very polite and friendly, during any dealings we had with them. I would highly recommend Nicol & Co to anyone based in the Worcestershire area.

View AgentsDominique Thompson
When we approached Nichol & Co to sell my late Uncles property, Dominique was allocated to the case. Dominique listened to our needs, viewed the property and suggested going down the auction route. She was very enthusiastic and showed countless people around the property. At all times, she kept us informed of the latest progress with the sale. If you're wanting to sell your property, I would have no hesitation is recommending Dominique to you.
Thank you Dave for taking the time to write the review. I'm glad Dominique and the team were able to assist at this sensitive time. All the best Matt

View AgentsProfessional and dedicated attitude
From the initial valuation we have been very impressed with Karen and the Nicol's team. Karen was extremely professional and knowledgable when she came to value our home and although we delayed a decision to put our house on the market when we did our instinct was to put it up with Nicol's. We were delighted with the marketing of our property and an extremely quick sale and have felt very reassured during the process so far. Karen has been very positive and we have been impressed by her dedicated attitude.
Dear Nicola, Thank you for taking the time to review the service, we understand its a big decision and sometimes you just need abit of space to make the right one! All the very best Matt

View AgentsExcellent Service
Excellent helpful service. From the initial meeting/valuation with Karen Smith we have received nothing but excellent & attentive service from the team at Droitwich. The team have clearly gone beyond the call of duty to assist us in the process of selling. Finally we must add that we have never before received an "above the asking price" offer within 2 days of agreeing to proceed with an estate agent. We would certainly recommend Nicol & Co to any one thinking .of buying or selling
Dear Graham, Thank you for taking the time to write the review - I know it has taken some time to appear. We hope that we can confirm the onwards is also sorted through Nicol & Co. We'll be in touch today. Best wishes Matt Nicol
