We have bought/sold and more recently rented out property through Nicol and Co. They are without exception brilliant at what they do. Having had such a great buying/selling experience we knew we would be in expert hands when it came to renting out our apartment. Tom is exceptionally customer focussed keeping us up to date with any changes/tenancy issues. He takes away the "stress" of renting out our property as we know everything will be dealt with promptly and efficiently - a real pleasure to work with

Nicol and Co. are a great local estate/letting agent who we have been dealing with for the past 2 years for our expanding property portfolio. Tom/Jo and the rest of the team are always very helpful and always there to answer any queries and to arrange additional services for properties as and when required. We won't use anyone else for the lettings of our properties!! Keep up the good work team.

The service received from Nicol and Co has been exceptional. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From viewings to completion they helped take the stress out of the process as they informed us in detail during every stage. A specific mention to Nigel who we spoke to daily towards the end! He was fantastic, a true professional and we would like to thank him and also Karen for their excellent customer service and support. We would strongly recommend anyone who is selling a property to use Nicol and Co as we cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first instance Nicol and Co were great with assisting us in selling our house very quickly.. Also Natasha was great in helping us find a house to purchase and ensuring we were always advised of suitable properties coming to market as early as possible. During the process Nigel kept us informed and worked hard to keep all the chain on the same track. I would recommend Nicol and Co and they would definitely be my first call should I consider selling my property in the future. Thanks guys.

We've used Nicol & Co as both buyers and vendors and Karen and the rest of the team have proved themselves to be very hard working. We had very particular requirements for our last move and Karen worked hard to find the right property for us. As vendors we also found Nicol & Co great agents to work with and we would not hesitate in using them again!

That's what Karen went for me when selling my house. I was on with another agent who weren't getting the job done. Decided to give Nicol a go, and so glad I did - they sold it. Karen ensured the process went smoothly, dealing with any issues quickly & efficiently. I was then in a position to buy another property, Karen & Paul kept me up-dated with any new properties they had, ensuring I had early viewings., and quite a lot of late viewings as well - Karen accompanied me long after her day should have finished.! Nicol were selling the property I bought, again all phone calls, e-mails etc were answered quickly, Karen navigated the transaction in a very professional manner, from the time we offered to the time we moved in was 3 weeks ! I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

From the initial valuation through to the completion of sale I can't fault this company! Karen came out to do our valuation which turned out to be higher than other local agents I had round. She clearly knows her stuff and the current market as our property sold for the full asking price, much to our delight.. We did have a point when we lost our buyer due to complications further down the chain however within 5 hours they found a new buyer (from their books) which enabled us not to loose the purchase of the house we wanted. All the staff are very approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff knew what was going on in the chain. This helped when popping in as I didn't have to wait to see a particular member of the team. This team know the property market very well in the area and gave excellent advice throughout.! We would highly recommend Droitwich Nicol and Co and already have done to friends.

We went to view a house that Dominique was selling and were blown away by her professionalism, her knowledge and her enthusiasm for the role . We subsequently got Dominique to value and sell our house ( we sold on first viewing) , She always returned our calls promptly and came back to take more photographs of the garden and house when the sun was shining as it was very grey and overcast when we initially arranged this. She always goes the extra mile .

Refreshing change,someone who actualy does there job. Nothing was too much trouble. Took time to show us round properly without the added sales pressure which can be off putting. Karen was a first class agent .she was understanding to our personal requirements and professional and efficient with all the dealings associated with house sale. We decided to take the house off the market for a few months and she telephoned us to reassure us she understood the circumstances and we were encouraged to hear Karen say she will be available to help us when we were ready to proceed with the sale. Karen's telephone contact took a great deal of stress of myself and my husband and this has made us that next time we will not hesitate to contact Karen at Nicole&Co.

FacebookCouldn't possibly fault this team if I tried! These people have bent over backwards and upside down for us! We've not had the easiest of rides but yet nicol and co have somehow picked us up and made us feel like we're there only customer.Our house sold on first viewing back in December but sadly after being strung along by our buyers for 5 months they decided to pull out. Within 48 hours of it falling through we've accepted another offer. We truly believe this is due to the fantastic nicol and co team, Tash, Paul, Matt and Amy. Your absolute gems.
