Property Excellence

Rhiannon was brilliant throughout the whole process, out of all the agents I enquired about properties with Rhiannon was the only one to come back to me and actually provide me details on properties I was interested in. If you want to deal with an agent that shows a genuine interest in finding you your next home then deal with Nicol and Co! Even when she was unavailable her colleagues were always willing to go out of their way to help.

Excellent service from start to finish

We have recently bought a property through Nicol's. We viewed several properties in Droitwich, mainly through Nicol's, They updated us with relevant properties, without wasting our time with unsuitable properties. Viewings were always conducted very professionally, but in a friendly and relaxed way. After agreeing a purchase, we were kept very well informed during a rather protracted period before exchange. The icing on the cake was a welcome pack, with a few useful items, but most importantly information about and some offers from local shops and services. My only negative comment would be their use of 'Offers Over', which can lead to a rather stressful bidding process. However, these seemed to be carried out in a perfectly fair and well organised way; and I understand that their job is to maximise profit for their client.. In my experience, Nicol and Co is a very professional, well organised, and friendly estate agent..

Outstanding professionalism-Karen Smith

Having recently inherited my late father's property in Droitwich, I was placed in a situation I had not previously dealt with, that of selling a property. The property is located within a retirement estate and upon asking the estate manager, the recommendation of Nicol & Co was provided. I contacted Nicol & Co and spoke with Karen Smith, whom from the outset helped allay my apprehension and also was keen, polite and of the most import, erudite. I had a few options regarding the choice of estate agencies and whilst there was a difference in rates, when my final decision was made, it was predominantly influenced by Karen's knowledge and Karen's polite and extremely helpful demeanour. I have posed Karen many a question regarding the sale process, even one regarding a minor difference of opinion between siblings and Karen acquitted herself admirably (and in the case of the difference of opinion, diplomatically!) with her answers. Based on my experience, Nicol & Co have an exemplary employee in Karen Smith and as a client I'm exceedingly grateful to Karen.

Excellent service and Karen Smith was a true professional.

We recently sold our house through Nicol and Co and found the service they provided was excellent. Karen Smith in particular was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It could have been very stressful but she helped to keep us informed and was very efficient. We would recommend Nicol and Co to anyone thinking of selling their house and this is because of the service we received, particularly by Karen.

Professional and Motivated

Selling a house that has been your family home for more than 20 years is going to be stressful and present challenges along the way - our experience was no different! However, we have been immensely impressed and sincerely grateful to have had Karen's professionalism, determination and ongoing support guiding us through to a successful sale. We also appreciate, and value the robust and honest conversations we've had with Karen (not forgetting John).. It must be tempting for estate agents to tell you simply what you want to hear, rather than engage in dialogue that may be difficult to hear, but which results in you actually selling your house. We always felt that we were part of the 'Nicol team' and 'in it together' so to speak., Karen will always be top of our list when we need support or advice on the property market. We would also like to thank Paul, Natasha and Gemma for the very highest levels of courtesy and service.they have given to us.

Informative with accurate knowledge of the area to sell our house

Karen was very hands on from explaining all the information required and guiding us through the preparation for photos and details of our property. We felt confident throughout the time our property was advertised........ Which wasn't very long as they understand their customer base very well. Any questions along the way were dealt with in a professional manner......... A company we would really recommend to anyone selling or buying in the area. Thank you........

Couldn't fault her!

Dominique's enthusiasm and passion about her work made her shine above the other estate agents we asked to value the property and discuss the service they would offer. She gave 100% and always delivered on what she promised...going above and beyond our expectations. If anyone was to ask me to recommend an Estate Agent I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicol and Co...I just hope the company appreciates her.........because it was her alone that convinced me to instruct them...and I wasn' t disappointed!

Exemplary service undertaken with Gusto

From the very first contact we knew we had made the right decision to instruct Nicol & Co Benito and his team have been most professional and went the extra mile. Within two weeks! all five of our houses in Hanbury were rented to professional people. All the checks were undertaken and we now have five happy families ready to start moving in. Benito kept us up to date daily and his visits with clients were most professional, informing us immediately of any comments by prospective tenants. We would recommend Nicol & Co to anybody wishing for a professional service

IT WAS A MASTER CLASS!

I have spent most of my working life in leadership and senior- management in the private and public sectors, I have developed and led business development, sales and marketing teams both at the strategic and operational levels. Set against this background, I am demanding and I expect high levels of customer service from all. This afternoon I met Amy Hall for the first time, when viewing two of your properties, I met Amy Hall for the first time ever and I. experienced outstanding service, possibly the best I have ever received. Amy Hall was professional, dynamic, confident, knowledgeable, empathetic, proactive, responsive and is a major credit to your organisation.

AMY LAURA HALL

I would just like to say how very impressed I was with Amy Laura Hall. We were looking to possibly rent our home out so as to start a new adventure in the equestrian world. Amy arranged for our house to be valued with a view to renting it out in a very prompt, professional and friendly manner and although the property we were going after fell through at the time I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and Nicol and Co as the top Estate Agent. Kind regards JW
