GoogleNicol&Co at Droitwich is a very professional and efficient establishment. The staff are friendly and polite,in particular Chloe Faizey who we dealt with throughout the purchase of our house. She was extremely pleasant and with her patience and knowledge helped to reduce much of the anxiety and stress of a pair of OAPS who had no dealing with the property market for decades.Chloe was good at liasing with us, our vendors and our solicitor and always quick to respond to our many queries and requests. We were kept updated and given sound advice throughout the whole protracted and stressful process(no fault of Nicol& Co). GoogleFirst class service. A buyer was found within 3 days of going on the market, the process was followed by Chloe from the offer being accepted to completion, she communicated with all parties and their conveyancers. This is my fourth transaction using Nicol and Co in Droitwich and i would always use them in future. They donate £100 on completion to a charity of your choice which is a nice gesture.

GoogleHuge thank you to the people at Nicol & Co. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use them to sell my bungalow and couldn't have made a better decision. The sale was hassle free from start to finish. Robin came round and valued the property and suggested coming back another day to take the pictures on a sunnier day. The property was advertised on the Wednesday and sold by Friday and with the help of Neil we got more than the advertised price! They sorted everything for me and even arranged a meeting with an advisor who helped me sort out the necessary paperwork needed before the sale to avoid any delays, which was a great help. Chloes' weekly update calls were brilliant, she liaised with everyone so that I didn't have to which ultimately made the transaction smooth and hassle free.Thank you all. Trust them, they are good at what they do.
