GoogleI cannot recommend Nicol and Co (Droitwich) highly enough. Moving is one of life’s most stressful experiences but they ensured all dealings with their office made the process that little bit easier. My main interactions were with Niamh, Mia and Chloe - their manner was always sunny, polite and helpful. They made me feel like my questions were the most important at that time. When responses were requested they were prompt and complete. The completion process was also very smooth and we were kept fully informed by them at every stage. And the final excellent customer service was the amazing “Welcome to your new home” box that we were given when we picked up the keys! Thank you to the whole Droitwich team for helping us make the move to our dream home a reality.

GoogleChloe has been so amazing throughout my sale. Her expertise in dealing with buyer, solicitors and ongoing purchase has been impressive. Chloe has kept the situation very personal and always responded politely calmly and professionally. GoogleVery pleased with the whole process. The valuation visit and information provided gave me the impression that the sale would be handled well, and it was. I was kept up to date on the progress by Chloe, who handled the whole thing very well. Not once did I have to chase anything, the communication was constant. I would not hesitate to use Nicol & Co again, or to recommend their services.

GoogleExcellent service from the whole team at Nicol. Our sale was not straightforward and they supported us constantly throughout. Once we had sold, their follow up service was a godsend and really helped remove at lot of the stress when dealing with numerous parties involved with a house move. GoogleReally disappointed with the service we have received from Nicol & Co. Initially found their customer service brilliant when I enquired about a house, but after being informed that this house was no longer an option, I explained that we are looking to buy and gave them the details of what we were looking for. We have heard nothing since. Have seen a couple of houses come on to the market listed with Nicol & Co that could be suitable - including the initial house we were interested at a reduced price - but still have had no contact.

As we were first time buyers hannah made us feel at ease and answered any questions including the silly ones. Nothing was too much for her. GoogleI have recently needed to find a property for my elderly parents. I approached several local agents in the Droitwich area. Mia at Nicol in Droitwich has been incredibly helpful. Where some other agents simply emailed me anything and everything that came on to the market, she offered a far more bespoke service. Alice, Mollie,Jake and the team worked extremely hard with the sale of our house, getting so may people in to view it even when things started to slow up. Chloe in the sales progression team was particularly helpful in getting a completion date arranged, going above and beyond to chase other parties in the chain to push the exchange of contracts to take place.

GoogleEveryone that I have had contact with at Nicol and Co have been fantastic. From Molly, who started the process of getting my house on the market, Alice who made the sale, and Cat who is now taking over to progress it. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Although a different person handles each part of the sale, I have been kept informed at every stage and each individual has called me to introduce themselves. After my house previously being on the market for months with other agencies, Nicol and Co sold it within a week and got a good price for it too. I also just wanted to give a special mention to Jake who mans the phones at the Worcester office - he's always friendly, helpful and ensures that if he can't answer my question, someone gets back to me ASAP.

GoogleI bought a home sold by Nicol and Co in 2010 and I have just sold that same home now in 2023, buying another through Nicol and Co Droitwich office also. In those thirteen years the company has grown quite significantly! However, you the client still receives the same excellent personal level of service as before. Thanks to Niamh, Robin, Chloe, Hannah, Mia and the rest of the team for all their work making it happen when two different buyers dropped out of the chain and it looked like it might all collapse. gladly recommend Nicol and Co to anyone.

GoogleNicol and Co are hands down the best agency that I have come across during my time in finding my first home. The fantastic communication, efficiency and very high standards are just a small number of positives that will ensure you find the right home for you. I have had the pleasure of liaising with most of the members of staff but I have to pick out Alice as well as Hope as some of the nicest estate agents ever. The staff work tirelessly to make sure the seller and the buyer are satisfied and the super hard work put into all tasks is something I have not always seen whilst looking for a property. I have had an exceptional experience and I could not fault anything that this agency does!
