We have dealt with Naylor Powell Stonehouse several times now, both buying and selling through them. Each time there has been a change in staff members but they have all been great to deal with. This time we dealt with Ruth, Jasmine and Ronan. They are always friendly but also get the job done. Communication has been positive, keeping us updated where necessary. We would have no hesitation recommending Ruth and the team at Naylor Powell Stonehouse.

GoogleRude and entitled staff
This person has NOT been a client of Naylor Powell. There was a misunderstanding regarding use of a parking space behind our office in Cheltenham over 2 years ago. Despite lengthy apologies from us, this resulted in a colleague being unable to drive home after being deliberately blocked in overnight. This has nothing to do with Naylor Powell's service or how we conduct business. Unfortunately Google will not remove this review despite the fact it has nothing to do with the service we provide to clients.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company run by utter clowns. Not one of them knows how to let properties. Once you start renting you get completely neglected, they do no repairs, the phone numbers they give you incase of emergency do not answer at all. How these people have a company is completely beyond me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleThief's and incredibly unprofessional agency. They lied to us with several things and destroyed our reputation. Their lies cost us almost 2500£ and on the top we failed the reference's to move out from the property because they lied again. I do not recommend and please be aware with them.

GoogleSo I found the staff always friendly and super helpful. If they couldn't help they would find out and come back to me. They kept there word and where an around great team. Very impressed thanks you for all you did and changing our impression of estate agents. On completion of renting out our current property we got a move in box with lots of great treats in it.

GoogleI have just sold my house through Naylor Powell. The process was a little drawn out due to issues with the chain but throughout, the staff have been really helpful, calm and diligent. They were in contact with me regularly and kept me updated with what was happening and the progress of the sale. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleFrom viewing to offer acceptance through to completion everyone at Naylor Powell was brilliant. Previously I’d had a bad experience with another estate agent but very quickly I was reassured by how professional Naylor Powell was. Niamh O’Donoghue was brilliant throughout the whole process, even during a frustrating delay with the vendors solicitors her communication was constant and kept me in the loop. Her constant chasing of solicitors and focus on getting this purchase complete was excellent and I couldn’t have done it without her. I will definitely be using Naylor Powell for my next purchase in a few years time! I am forever Thankful. Sam
