GoogleI used Naylor Powell 4 years ago to sell my long term family home. They were professional and efficient throughout the process, taking it to a successful sale. When I decided to move on from my present home I contacted NP to investigate my options of either selling or letting the house. They provided detailed advice on both options aided by their knowledge and experience of the market in Gloucestershire. I subsequently decided to sell and NP drew up a sales brochure including video walk through. The house was subsequently viewed and offers received, but fell through. The market at that time appeared to be rattled by financial matters, consequently I decided to take the house off the market for a while. It is my intention to market it again with NP in a year or two. They have been professional and supportive throughout and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
