GoogleAll in all a good experience, even though in the end I didn't purchase a house through them. Olivia was very helpful and chased the vendors for reply's to my offers, but they were too long in responding. Would recommend.

GoogleNaylor-Powell offered an efficient and pro active campaign to sell our property. After an initial surge of interest Ruth advised us that with the forthcoming General Election interest may tail off. This did occur but post the election viewings increased again and the property was sold soon after. I would recommend their services which includes an online property file which details all the viewings, feedback and online interest to keep the seller fully up to date with the process.

GoogleJasmine has been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property! Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable, super efficient and has made the process as smooth as possible. Haven’t completed yet but the process so far has been seamless, Jasmine liaises with all the correct people without direction and provides timely, informative updates as to the progress of the sale. GoogleDoing research into potential options at retirement in a couple of years. One option is an apartment in Gloucester docks. Even knowing that there was no immediate potential for a sale Toby Moss from the Gloucester docks office was incredibly helpful. He was attentive to our needs and had all the information we might require to hand. He showed great knowledge of the area and took the time to understand us. If our future options lead us to this area we will be back to Naylor Powel and Toby.

I was one of those people that always wondered why you needed an estate agent, surely you can just do it yourself. For anyone else wondering….no you absolutely can’t!!! From the moment we met Adam we knew we had made the right decision. Adam and the whole team went to great lengths to learn about our property. We had 28 viewings and 4 asking price offers due to their amazing marketing and attention to detail on our listing and our viewings. When we lost our first buyer due to their circumstances changing, Scott rang round and found us a new buyer almost immediately ensuring we didn’t loose the purchase of our new house. Towards the end of our sale the bottom of the chain and their conveyancer were being very difficult looking for 20 year old planning documents. Adam got involved and tried to find them, and rang the Estate Agents in the chain and the solicitors, suggested indemnity insurance and got the chain unstuck. He rang and chased people over and over and he took my calls every day and rang me all the time keeping me updated and calming me down. In my mind he and Naylor Powell are the reason we finally got to exchange and sold our house and it would never have happened without them. I cannot recommend Naylor Powell in Newent enough, the personal service, excellent communications and professionalism is way beyond anything I expected. Buying a house is a very stressful life event and you will not regret having Adam and the team by your side throughout, championing your cause and providing free counselling when the going gets tough!

GoogleNiamh O’Donoghue was the primary estate agent assigned to the sale of my property. Throughout it all she was amazing! Keeping me updated and chasing for information when solicitors were quiet! The property was advertised on the Naylor Powell website really well and went into a lot of detail. The whole process was made to feel easy to understand and felt simple. Thank you to everyone who helped with the process of the sale and a special thank you to Niamh!

GoogleWhere do I begin. I have dealt with Naylor Powell in Gloucester Quays for 10 years buying and selling properties . Their service has always been second to none. From initial contact with Laurie, and then Olivia dealing with the viewings and subsequent sale, and Niamh then handling all of the difficult work with all of the legal sides of the sale. They have always been 100% customer focused. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

GoogleNiamh and Laurie were both excellent throughout our house sale. From start to finish they've both been incredibly helpful. Niamh in particular was great at keeping us updated and doing the all important chasing of solicitors and others in the chain. She certainly took some of the stress out of the move and was quick to respond to any queries we had. The house viewing booking system and online feedback meant we knew how the viewings were going. Throughly recommend Naylor Powell, from start to finish they've been excellent.
