TrustpilotGreat friendly service
Great friendly service; took some fantastic pictures of our property to help with the sale; helped with the negotiation process and ultimately in the end sold the house! Id say I would use again, but we've found our dream home so never moving again....!

TrustpilotFantastic Letting Agents for Landlords
I have been letting out my rental property now for 10 years, 8 of which have been fully managed with Move Residential. They have always been great from finding me the ideal tenants in super-quick time to managing the property throughout all of my tenancies. Any issues that may arise are dealt with efficiently and I have always found them extremely helpful and friendly. A special mention and thanks needs to go to Ethan who has gone above and beyond recently. He is someone you can count on to get things done when you need it. It was literally a matter of a few days between receiving notice from my previous tenant to finding new tenants. It was vacant for less than a week which is exactly what you want as a landlord.I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleJust bought our first home through Move Residential and can’t fault the service whatsoever. Liam and Jenni were both excellent - they are trustworthy, responsive, hard-working and great communicators. Documents were processed efficiently and we were kept updated throughout the process. Me and my partner are so grateful to the team here and we would recommend Move Residential to anyone looking to buy a house.

FacebookUsed the Allerton Road branch in Liverpool and they were the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. if you do decide to deal with them whatever you do don't use their mortgage broker Andrew Stoddart, promises you the world but is very unreliable, he doesn't respond to messages or come up with the goods, full of empty promises! Move Residential have lost a sale and I've now bought a property with Jones Chapman who are a much more reliable and organised company who put me in touch with an excellent mortgage broker and we're about to complete with no issues
They are absolutely rubbish aren’t they! Do you mind me asking, are Jones and Chapman a lot better than these guys? Not sure who to go with now.

Alec, Jenni and the rest of the team at Move Residential were simply excellent from the initial inquiry for the sale of my house all the way through to completion. Great advice and support throughout and genuinely cannot fault them - if you are looking to sell a property, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

It is that time again to remortgage our dream home which we found at move residential almost 5 years ago and we spoke with Dave Goulding the mortgage advisor who did such an excellent job the first time around we book in to see him again to get advice regarding a remortgage. Excellent advice and Thank you. I would recommend this team to everyone

TrustpilotHighly Recommended
After 2 sales fell through I changed agent to Move Residential in the autumn of last year. Although very cynical at the time I had a buyer within a couple of weeks at above the asking price. We complete on the sale today The staff have been very proactive and the whole experience a world away from the previous agent. I would recommend Move Residential for anyone looking to sell their property on the Wirral.

+ Market to offer agreed within 16 days.+ Sales progression team moved the process along.- Difficult to contact via phone.I marketed the house with MR after being on the market elsewhere for 10 months. Very enthusiastic team of valuers and sales, which resulted in an offer within 16 days. The sales progression team were very helpful in moving the process along and were quick to answer all enquiries.Overall a good experience and obviously pleased to have sold within a short period of time.

Absolutely amazing service from Move Residential. They all made the sale of our house run smoothly from start to finish. A special thanks to Alec who supported us from the the very first phone call.
