Alex and Rachel were our main contacts during the purchase and sale of respective homes. They were absolutely brilliant- Alex went over and above to find a buyer for us and Rachel guided us through the sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Both were amazing and I would highly recommend Move Residential. The whole procedure was flawless.

A perfect experience with Move Residential from the beginning to the end of my house sale. Everything was dealt with in a professional, knowledgeable and caring way. Garry Walker was incredible, efficient and so kind, nothing was ever a problem. Also Antony Holden was great and made the completion seamless. I moved to Move Residential after a few months of being with a different estate agent I found them to be very professional they knew how to deal with my situation as I have power of attorney because of my mother’s condition they were very understanding and very helpful I found the app brilliant I could keep looking at it to see who had booked an Appointment who’d viewed it. What their feedback was, whether they wanted to ask any questions so this made life much easier for myself. The team were so helpful and kept me informed at all times. They also did all of viewings for me because I work and live further away from my mum‘s house. All in all, I would definitely recommend them to help you have a smooth and less stressful time selling a house

They are a bidding estate agents.....young lods that want a rip off....dont answer phones or mail....you might get an offer accepted but that doesnt mean anything, they keep the property on the market till a higher bidder comes in. At least this is what George and his team does in Wirral. Avoid them!

GoogleFrom my first contact with Rob, right through the entire team to Anthony who finalised the process my whole experience with Move Heswell has been First Class Every time I called their office I received excellent service no matter who took the call. A previous Estate Agent had been unsuccessful, Move Heswell took it over and with professional determination secured a deserved sale. If I had to do it all over again, Move Heswell would be my choice of Agent.

I decided to go with Move Residential even though they were they most expensive to sell with, as I thought they were reputable. They advised of price - completed photos. We decided to go for a pre viewing to test the waters before it went live, as the agent advised he had 6 people wanting to view houses like mine in my area. My husband took time off work day beforehand to get straight, I had my children minded, got the house ready and prepped. NO-ONE arrived no agent no people ( I didn’t want to do the viewings ) I called the agents mobile- no answer , after an hour eventually I got through to the office , who knew absolutely nothing about the viewings and he only knew of maybe one person who maybe interested in our type of house!!!!! After the weekend I received a call from the agent advising he had left instructions and it was arranged but they were not followed up correctly ???? He then offered my half percentage reduction. (Still more expensive than anyone else) . I question why he said there was 6 people interested , was it all a sham to get me signed up with them??? My time , my husbands and logistics was challenging for us . How would I know if 6 people came ? I wasn’t doing the viewings. Please be very aware of what they are selling you !!!! Check everything !!!! My experience - untrustworthy .

As part of our usual process, we assess interest from active buyers in our database for every property we value. The possibility of arranging a block viewing on a Saturday was discussed, subject to buyers confirming that they wished to view. However, this was a proposal rather than a confirmed schedule, and no appointments had been arranged for that day. Had viewings been confirmed, we would have contacted you, as we do with all our clients, to confirm the prospective buyers’ details and ensure you were happy for them to attend. Our intention is never to mislead anyone. We take pride in the service and results we deliver for our clients, and can assure you that the discussion around potential viewings was not intended simply to win your business. In the first half of 2026, our Allerton Road branch sold more homes than any of our competitors, achieved through proactively matching the right properties with the right buyers. It is disappointing that there appears to have been a misunderstanding, which left you with expectations that were not met. This is, of course, never an outcome we would want. Very knowledgeable and helpful about the process, beautiful pictures of our home, which sold within a week of going live with Move Residential. Recommended without doubt if you want to sell you’re buying or selling your house

GoogleWe found the company to be a tad cold and pushy at times (except Kostas who was thoughtful and kind) - but this all changed when we were placed into the hands of Antony Holden! Antony was a star. Efficient, tactful and able to remain dignified and reasonable amid some unexplained aggression and greed from 'certain clients'. No-one should be made to suffer such foul behavior with impunity, but Antony rose above it and stayed focused on a successful outcome, which was achieved despite the stress he was made to suffer. Well done to him (and to Kostas!)!

Terrible communication when trying to book house viewings, despite emailing and calling several times. They make booking a viewing an extremely difficult task and do not keep you in the loop. The most unprofessional estate agents I have dealt with yet. We missed out on a potential house that we were keen on bidding for because of this incompetence, so I would think twice about using them to sell with.

Your viewing was then booked within an hour of the office reopening the following morning. Following the viewing, our team also attempted to contact you to obtain feedback, but did not receive a response. We appreciate that property searches can be frustrating, particularly when a property you are interested in is no longer available; however, our records do not support the suggestion that your enquiry was not dealt with or that communication was ignored. There can occasionally be several factors to consider when arranging viewings, including seller availability, access and vendor instructions. GoogleI found Move Residential (Heswall) very easy to deal with and communicative throughout the whole selling process. Alec has built a solid team around him. Hannah was our sales negotiator and main point of contact. She was highly professional but personable too and attentive to our needs throughout.
