Kostas from the Prenton Office and Antony from the Heswall Office have both been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our first time buying process 😀 From the 1st viewing up until and after picking up the keys only after 6 weeks, they have both been on hand to help us navigate the journey and with such friendly demeanor and professionalism. Whilst also navigating a stressful personal journey as well, both Kostas and Antony have been supportive and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We wish you all the best and will find it hard to compare the seamless journey we have experienced should we ever find ourselves going through the process again. Absolutely amazing ❤️

GoogleHeswall "Move residential team" are fabulous. Made our house viewing experience very easy by organizing the itinerary very well. Jack was the person who showed us around multiple houses on our short stay in Wirral. Jack was extremely helpful, efficient, was not pushy to force us into decision making and allowed us the time and space to view the properties properly. He also arranged for a second viewing at very short notice. The branch manager, Mr Alec Stewart, was very helpful in organizing the viewings as per postcode. He promptly liaised with the vendor, mortgage advisor and solicitor to make the whole process seamless.

I had an excellent experience selling and buying a house with Move Residential. Rob K was the reason I went with this company over the other estate agents around, and I was not disappointed. He did everything he said he would do which was really important to me. I felt like there was trust and no bullsh*t with him. He seemed to really care about me as a customer and really helped me through each stage. Anthony was also amazing as he supported me through the process. I would highly recommend Move Res, specifically because of these 2 people.
