GoogleAntony at Move Residential was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We had a really challenging chain, but he did everything he could to keep things moving, resolve issues, and diffuse disagreements, always staying calm and professional. He also had to deal with some really unacceptable behaviour from others in the chain, which nobody should have to deal with, especially at work, but he handled it with incredible composure. Antony recognised who had already made compromises within the chain and worked hard to keep things as fair as possible for everyone. He truly went above and beyond and is a real credit to the company.
Also a big thank you to Dave and his team, Leanne and Charlotte, who were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the mortgage process.

GoogleVery disappointed with our experience purchasing a property with Move. Communication throughout the entire process was very poor, we rarely received updates and could only obtain any information if we called multiple times. On one occasion we were reached out to by a member of the Sales Progression team on his personal number to request a gesture of goodwill to assist with the removals finances of another client of theirs further up the chain, which we found to be inappropriate and raised serious questions about professionalism and ethical standards. On the completion day, communication and organisation were again lacking. We were informed by the same member of the Sales Progression team that our sellers could drop off the keys at their convenience, disregarding the contract in place stating the deadline time, even though completion had taken place some hours before this. Senior members of staff do not refrain from using dismissive and unprofessional language when you attempt to raise your concerns. If you’re looking to buy from a supportive, communication-led estate agent, I would avoid.

Every question we had she answered it immediately and we felt heard and appreciated. However, although its not part of Move In, they recommended lawyers to work with and the experience with them was terrible. I have told Rachel that we were not pleased at all with the lawyers and recommended for Move In to work with another law firm.
