GoogleThis is one of those places that finds ways to charge you hidden extras and flat out lies to justifys them. I was told completely fictional laws to justify outrageous costs. I was also lied to about the property I rented, I paid for a garage that did not come with the property. I was told that I could change the garden but the landlord was shocked that I had been told that. Be prepared to be heavily overcharged and research everything you are told before signing anything!

GoogleThe worst agency ever. They have let us for 2 months on winter with the boiler broken. In the flat that we have rent it was a kid too. Only lies. We had to make a complaint to Bournemouth Council. They got fees for everythings. They charged for everything. They took us money from our deposit for the fee, for the end of agreement and still not received. So you “pay” for nothing. This agency doesnt care about the tenants. Try to email something and no answer. Only if you make a complaint, they will contact you. I don’t recommand this agency for nothing. Be carefull! They got fees for everythings. And when you rent a property, make photos. You will need it when you leave. They will put you to pay for the cleaning even if you did. The worst agency ever! Not professional. There is an agent there, who doesn’t know how to speak with the clients or tenants, because she doesn’t care. Very rude person!

What a fabulous service, Amiee took charge of the whole process, found a buyer within weeks of the property being on the market and supported me throughout. Nothing was too much for her to do and such a cheerful approach, so refreshing. No hesitation in recommending Move on for Sales and Lettings.

They pride themselves on going through a thorough referencing process to ensure the tenant is right for the landlord. I hope to be working with them for many years to come.

GoogleThe staff at Move On are efficient, friendly and responsive. I have contact with quite a few employees because I have rented a property and they also manage a couple of properties for me. They respond quickly and get things done. Move On use a team of sub-contractors to do odd maintenance jobs and I’ve always found these have been done to a high standard. There’s quite a bit of paperwork to get through when renting but that’s standard across the board and Move On staff have always been great at helping me through that. They use a DocuSign system that means you can sign documents online but if you have to visit the office which is near to Branksome train station, there’s easy parking right outside. I don’t often review things online unless something’s really good and they’re really good.
