GoogleBeware they will try to take your deposit!! The most unprofessional letting agent, at first they come across nice but once you have signed the contract it all changes, they charge you fees for everything and want to visit the propery every 3 months, poor communication and terrible maintenance things never get done. When we finally decided to move out they put us through so much such stress!! They tried to take all our deposit plus charge us hundreds ££ on top!!
They would find any excuse not to give us our deposit back, expample the flat wasn't clean enough so Move on got a cleaning company to quot over the top price and try to charge us! They threaten us to make the payment otherwise we won't get our deposit. We asked to appeal and turns out that none of their point was relevant and we got out deposit back!
We are so glad to have left move on!

GoogleSince ‘Move On’ have taken over our house last year, things have only gone down hill. Some points which I’ve raised many times to them are never heard and I’ve given up. Examples of that is walking in the house unannounced viewing potential tenants, miss adverting to potential tenants, over charging fees, not giving back full deposits to ex tenants. You are forced to enter a 6 or 12 month contact, a communal visit every month and 3 months for every room to take pictures (what they do with them, I don’t know?) and charge you for any damage. This never use to be the case, this letting agent is very over the top, we are all professionals in our house and should be trusted more. I got charged £155 just to move rooms in the same house?? The girls on the other end of the phone come across all nicey nicey but be aware what your walking into. You can get bombarded with emails from one week to the next where they chop and change what dates they are going to visit, it is very dis-organised. Issues with anything now I go direct to my landlord and they sort it in a day or two. Overall, I am very disappointed with this company, I think they can do so much better but they over complicate things massively and you get bitten. If you want a house, it’s ok, if you want a home, go else where.
