It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie. She was very professional in handling every aspect of the viewing, offer and handover process, and was always prompt in her responses while offering clear and helpful advice throughout. I am especially grateful for her support and seamless communication in the weeks before I moved in while I was overseas and in a different time zone. Right up to check in, Katie ensured that any matters were promptly addressed before connecting me with the property manager. Overall, a great experience with Katie and Mountgrange Heritage and would highly recommend to renters and owners in the area.

GoogleI appointed Mountgrange Heritage in Stratford Road to sell my mansion flat for me. I can only say that Emma and her team are so professional, full of sound advice and very efficient. Unlike the big chains they do not have targets for listings or calls or viewings so only do what makes sense. The buyers they bring round are fully vetted so are not just window-shopping, thereby keeping the viewing disturbances to a minimum. The close knit team is very experienced, not straight out of uni talking utter nonsense. I would have no hesitation using MH again, they are such nice, decent people to do business with.

GoogleMy family rented an apartment in the popular Notting Hill/Holland Park area through Mountgrange. Because of physical problems with my previous rental, I needed to find a long-term let in this popular area and move in within a week, an onerous task. Emily helped make it happen; I believe if the property were handled by any other agents, the deal would have fallen through. Unlike many agents I have dealt with who dress like models but are unhelpful, Emily has been helpful, proactive, and responsive (while still looks like a model). Very pleased with Mountgrange, and Emily & Co.

Henry Liu and the whole team at MGH were wonderful to work with. They were consultative, creative, detail-oriented and professional. I have learned my lesson about working with big corporate national chains vs more personal boutique estate agents. GoogleIf you're thinking of renting a flat that is not a purpose built dwelling, I strongly recommend you read your tenancy agreement. This particular agent made no attempt to enlighten my partner. She is now stuck in the most horrendous property with the loudest neighbours, and nothing can help her. Beware! You have been warned ⚠️
