GoogleEnquired about a house, didn't answer questions about boundary properly and when i asked again for a clearer answer the agent was extremely rude in the reply email! not professional and still don't have an answer! Certainly won't be viewing a house if seller can't answer a simple boundary question!

GoogleFrom start to finish all the staff that we dealt with were friendly, professional and efficient. Regular updates on progress without any prompting and if there were ever any questions I knew I could get hold of the agent with ease.

GoogleCan’t thank Dave and the Welshpool branch enough. They made sure we were fully up to date with whatever was happening in selling our property and buying our new one. Chasing up solicitors for us to see how they were getting on and keeping us informed. Leading up to agreeing a sale and purchase for our properties Dave kept in touch all the time making sure we got the best deal that was right for us. Can’t fault them at all. True professionalism. Great communication and friendly staff.

GoogleWe used the surveyors from here 18 months ago since then we've had nothing but problems with the bungalow we bought some of which should have been picked up but were not !! We used MMP in Machynlleth for many years when we bought or sold properties and they were excellent that's why we used MMP this time

GoogleHaving previously been an estate agent I was very critical of services being offered by the agents asked to quote for our sale... Bryan Jarman of MMP came to visit us and from the first minute we spoke I was impressed! He was clear on all aspects, straight to the point, professional and above all, honest. He was excellent at getting things sorted and whenever he promised anything, it happened...on time every time. His support throughout the whole sale process was amazing, and we felt that we were important to him and that he was working for us and with us. So often agents seem to be working for the buyer to keep them sweet, in this case Bryan found a fantastic balance of working for us and at the same time making sure our buyers were kept happy too during what became a long and emotional process. His support was unwavering. The support staff were also outstanding...Barbara went above and beyond to make documents arrive where they needed to be in a timely manner. The whole process by MMP from start to finish was FAULTLESS. I cannot praise them highly enough.

GoogleBryan was friendly and personable from start to end. Everyone I dealt with in the office also, if it were by phone, email or in person. I felt completely at ease that at all times I was kept fully up to date with all aspects. From viewings to buyer concerns.

GoogleI have been dealing with MMP as Executor of an Estate, where the main home was close to their office. I live miles away and was unable myself to undertake any of the normal tasks the homeowner would normally do. I cannot praise Paul and his team highly enough for everything they have done to finally secure the sale. They definitely went well above what would normally be expected in terms of the service and support provided. I am very grateful indeed.
