GoogleFantastic service from helpful, efficient, polite friendly estate agents! We bought our current home which was listed by MMP and couldn't of had a better experience. Just a shame they weren't dealing with our house sale back in England too, as they did way more and were a lot more helpful and pro-active than our agents! Donna was amazing and consistently dealt with queries from me regarding our purchase and kept the whole thing moving even when our own agents for our sale didn't! Would definitely recommend MMP for any sale or purchase. Exceptional! 10/10

GoogleI read the excellent reviews, so thought I was employing a professional and compitient estate agents. Unfortunately that wasn't my experience. Huw Evans was excellent when he came round to our bunglow and produced a good video and the marketing & photos online were great. It all went wrong when we had viewings, as they used a retired farmer Peter Barkle to show people round our bunglow. Instead of selling and being positive about our newly refurbished property - he criticised things. We put a complaint in and the area manager apologised and promised he wouldnt show anyone around our property again and reduced the selling fee. Julie Harris did the future viewing and managed to get a cash buyer. However, the sale took nearly 6 months to go through due to solicitors errors and things not checked. I do not feel that Morris Marshall staff kept on top of the sale enough. At one point I waited 5 weeks for a call for an update - which I never received. So I had to chase them. I do not feel this right. I was paying for a service and felt I did most of the work chasing the solicitors and buyer for updates. I have sold a few properties over the last 20 years, and I have to say this was the worse experience and service, I have from an estate agent. Would not recommend anyone to use them.

GoogleI found the staff at MMP Tywyn branch very helpful and efficient from the beginning to end of our sale experience. They were very understanding about how stressful selling your home can be. Communication was excellent between us with prompt email replies and telephone calls if required. I would highly recommend using this office.

GoogleI am very happy with the service I received in selling my home. The process was explained clearly, the fee was competitive and I was kept fully informed throughout. Everyone was very professional but friendly; from the agent who came to value and market the property to the staff in the office. They, in particular, stand out for all their help and understanding about the stresses of moving house, and they really helped to manage some of the pitfalls that were experienced along the way. I would certainly recommend MMP to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleA seemless, stress free house sale which was a pleasant surprise. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale journey. Very professional, easy to understand and communicate with, taking the stress away from us. Once we started the process, it was all done in a timely manner and the marketing materials were spot on, which I believe is a key aspect of selling. Our whole house sale was a pleasure from start to finish. Barbara was also very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend Morris Marshall and Poole, Oswestry Branch for a seemless house sale.

GoogleI experienced an excellent service with MMP in the sale of my property. They happily conducted numerous viewings and had to deal with a couple of major difficulties. During the whole process I was kept well informed mostly through Donna, but also Jackie and others. My thanks to Huw also who dealt with a rather tricky situation!
