They dealt with any issues that arose during the process swiftly and positively, and kept us updated at all times. They also liaised between solicitors, vendors and neighbours, helping to keep our purchase moving forwards. We've already recommended them to friends and family looking to sell.

GoogleA professional company who know their stuff and work hard for both seller and buyer. Exact are in the process of completing the sale of my property in Knowle. I cannot say I have had a long relationship with the company and individuals because from going on the market to an agreed sale has taken less than a week and I had several offers to consider! My initial interaction was with Jacob who visited to value my property. Aside from being courteous and professional his knowledge of the area and data surrounding the agreed valuation was exceptional. Most reassuring and he was correct in all the key points he put forward. The ladies who visited to measure and photograph the property were efficient and professional and the in-house sales team have provided swift and concise feedback. If someone suggests Exact are too big a company to sell your property with and they will not provide you with a local service they are wrong. A local, personal experience is what I have received to date and I would highly recommend using their services.

They have all been so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The icing on the cake..... it was sold in 14 days for the asking price ! There is no other Estate Agent to use

GoogleRang to make a viewing on a property that had just gone in the market 2 days ago. Was asked our buying position, and told the woman that our property is not yet on the market, but we are financially able to purchase without selling our property. I was told they had received a very good offer on the property( yet to be accepted) and a couple of other viewings booked, so was more or less told, we would be wasting their time. Absolute shocking. We would not even consider looking at MMP in the future. You need better sales people

GoogleThe worst and most unprofessional estate agents it has been my misfortune to use - and believe me I have a lot of property and a lot of experience here. SO IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY USE SOMEONE ELSE. Let me tell you my latest experience. Rang am on Monday last week to enquire about letting/ selling area of land with stabling. Was told that as Monday was market day all relevant staff were out of office and they would ring me Tuesday morning. Tuesday nothing happened. Nor did it on Wednesday and Thursday. Rang them Thursday evening and was told that they had made a note of my message but the girl who dealt with land was away on a course that day and she would ring me first thing on Friday morning. Friday came and went - no call. The weekend went as did the following Monday and Tuesday this week. The job has now been passed to more reputable local agents. Goodbye MMP.

GoogleAvoid this company a bunch of scammers, especially Mandy Turner, Caitlin Lane, Sarah Rees and Sarah Breeze. They tried to demand 6 months rent in advance off me and refused to give me a contract. If they had given me a contract it would be fine but they did not. Very dodgy typical estate agent. Avoid and go with someone else. Mandy is very rude on the phone too and doesn’t like people who don’t have english accents.
As a professional letting agent we cannot comment publicly on individual cases but can see that this relates to a property you were offered nearly 12 months ago. All prospective tenants/contract-holders are sent a draft occupation contract/tenancy agreement prior to their commencement date. Where possible the occupation contract/tenancy agreement is signed digitally but in some cases this is not possible and so this has to be completed in our office manually. We ask that tenants/contract-holders pay their monies before coming to the office to collect the keys for their new homes as, due to the large sum of money involved, problems occasionally occur and therefore delay the handing over of keys. In addition, as a firm, we do not tolerate any discrimination. If you wish to discuss this matter further, then we would ask that you contact the office

GoogleOn an extremely difficult and protracted chain, that threw up multiple issues concerning lots of parties, Xact maintained a calm professionalism. In terms of the actual viewings and contact when I originally made an offer on the Xact-represented property, I knew I was in safe hands due to the many Xact Sold signs in the area.
