GoogleWe bought our new home from MMP at Llanidloes. The assistance from Andrew and Caroline went far beyond our expectations. They were polite and patient whilst our chain was seriously disrupted. Andrew managed the sale and communicated with the chain on our behalf. Our sincere thanks to you both.

GoogleVery professional team based in the Llanidloes branch. Every time I needed to get in touch the whole team knew about my sale and purchase and were very responsive in replying. Polite and Well presented at all times and Andrew Turner did and amazing job at the portfolio of the property as well as a great walk through video tour of the property allowing people a feel of the place before coming through the door. Highly recommended. Even through a tough time of covid we were given the support we needed to get a sale and also purchase a property through them too.

GoogleWe used Morris Marshall Poole to execute the sale of a property at Y Fan just outside Llanidloes. They were very professional and responsive and always dealt with exchanges of information in a timely manner. Their communication was excellent and we always felt as though we were in control and fully informed of the sale process and progress. Their professional charges are in line with the market and we feel we have received good value for the service provided. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI have dealt with MMP for many years and have always found the Aberystwyth office in particular very professional and friendly. I have sold a number of properties with MMP and they made the selling process as smooth and as stress free as I could have hoped for. I would strongly recommend MMP to any prospective client.
