Purchased a property, completed on a Thursday, seller dropped off a set of keys, so able to access property. No contact from local branch to say completion completed. Visited local branch two days later. No one available from lettings, staff member could not find or release keys, despite making a number of phone calls. What a joke guys. I have bought numerous properties over the years, so I know the routine. There are obviously staffing and morale issues at this branch, get it sorted people.

Morris Dibben were agents for our vendor. We were in a chain with a number of older folk having successfully sold our house . There was a good deal of behind the scenes work to be done encouraging these other folk and their solicitors through the various hoops and jumps of house moving. Stephen Henry did an excellent job moving everything along and received special praise from our solicitor for his aptitude in this area. When pressure needed to be applied Tina did an excellent job in doing this in a clear but gentle fashion. We had a good experience selling our home through Morris Dibben 15 years ago. I would definitely recommend their current team to any potential vendor.

The service I received from Morris Dibben in Woolston was simply outstanding! The staff are extremely helpful and they’ve always made me feel valued. What makes Morris Dibben stand out a lot more than other estate agents is regular communication. I am constantly updated with what has been happening either via text message or telephone so I know exactly what’s going on at all times. Their new team is very kind and understanding, I know my concerns and needs are being taken seriously, and whilst they haven’t always been able to help me, I know they’ve done what they can to help. Just called up with a rental inquiry. I think this agency is terribly nosy and perhaps a little pretentious. They didn't have a flat that accepted pets and suggested I register for future possibilities, good. However, to register they were already asking for details of my employment and wanted to know my income.

Morris Dibben Lettings in Romsey are an absolute disgrace! I've had to deal with two of the most disgusting people I have ever come across Kim Gray and Lorraine Watkins her litter side kick. They are bully's and liers, they couldn't "manage" rental property's if they tried because they have absolutely idea what the are doing! It's a total embarrassment. Kim is rude and will happily shout at and over people and force her uneducated opinion over any facts in any situation and even over professionals. We had workmen that refused to come back because they didn't want to deal with her and they used to openly say how awful she was. I honestly don't know why Morris Dibben don't look in to everything and how it "being managed" at the branch as it seems to be well known for being the worst letting agency!! Please don't use them they will con you bully you and make your life hell. They have absolutely no interest in tenants and if you are a landlord they just want your money the "packages" they offer with the inspections it's all a load of rubbish they have no idea what they are doing. They can't even organise basic repairs!!! They are happy to spend hundreds of your pounds to get bodge jobs done.
