GoogleFinally exchanged on a deal that has taken months through no fault of the agents! Stephen Henry has been ‘on the case’ continually. Always available or returned calls very quickly. Reported almost daily on the progress (or not as case was so often). Cannot Praise him enough for his perseverance. All staff at the branch always helpful and courteous. Without doubt the most rude and unprofessional member of this team, I've ever spoken to and bare in mind, I am someone who has purchased a property through these guys. She was extremely aggressive, arrogant and ill mannered, so much so that I made it a point to do business with the other agent that was advertising the same property and buy through them. Great job Rachel!

GoogleHaving relocated a few years ago I now live several 100 miles away from the property I had been renting out privately. After having some difficulty managing the property remotely I decided to engage with a lettings agent rather than managing the property myself. I cannot thank Ian and Alison enough for all the help they have given me in getting a new tenant into my property and for their assistance in removing the old one. Had it not been for them I would have had no choice but to sell.

GoogleI would second Ethan Allan's recent comment in saying that Rachael of the London Rd office is unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Consistently ill-informed, obtuse and discourteous. Clearly has no concept that the success of their business is based on customer service. I have bought and sold properties through Morris Dibben previously and have never had such a poor experience with a staff member. A more general problem with Morris Dibben is that selling through them is likely to lead to having to deal with Countrywide conveyancing as they push clients to use their own conveyancing service. Countrywide conveyancing are a complete and utter shambles. At every stage of the process they made errors causing problems to the point where both myself and the buyer were on the verge of walking away from the sale.

GoogleChose Morris Dibben following a friend’s recommendation. My Property was listed quickly with good photos. I was kept up to date with all viewing appointments. Sale went through in conjunction with Conveyancing Connect in just over 2 months.

The people I dealt with at morris dibben were reliable, trustworthy and caring. They took time to address any problems I had and made me feel really supported in the buying and selling process. Google18 hours - that is the time it took Morris Dibben to sell our house, from the evening it first went live on Rightmove to the time Mike (Gilbert) had agreed the sale the following morning. Not a bad start. And for the full asking price too. And no, it was not undervalued for a quick sale - we were very happy with the selling price. The after sales service was just as impressive, with Stephen (Hendry) providing the most important thing of all - a constant stream of written and verbal communication at every stage, however major or minor the issue, right through the process to the exchange of contracts. Another key point - whenever I visited the branch in person, it didn't matter which one of the numerous staff I first encountered, they all knew about our sale and were uniformally helpful and friendly. All told, a terrific and faultless service.

It turned out to be quite a long process as the previous owner did not live in the UK, however our handler, Steven Henry, was absolutely excellent throughout, constantly chasing and going the extra mile in order to speed everything up.

GoogleAn excellent quality of service. The staff at Dibben's turned the daunting prospect of selling a house into a pleasant experience. From the moment I placed matters in their very capable hands they were all unfailingly pleasant, professional and very attentive. I was never in any doubt that my best interests were being well served at all times, that they always did their utmost to expedite the whole transaction through all its various stages, kept me fully informed as to progress and it was personally extremely appreciated that I had little to do except sit back and wait for their timely updates. A buyer was quickly found and the whole process completed satisfactorily quickly. Quite frankly I cannot think of any way in which the service they provided could have been improved. I would have no hesitation at all in highly recommending this company to others.

GoogleVery impressed, had been tempted by Purple Bricks prices but glad we stuck to Morris Dibben. We have just sold our house and Morris Dibben were acting for buyer and seller. Both processes ended up being unexpectedly prolonged due to circumstance beyond our control and Stephen Hendry was amazing, determined and always professional in dealing with it, we would not have completed either sale or purchase in time without his persistence and help. GoogleWe bought our house through Morris Dibben on London Road about 16 years ago and thought they were very good, so we chose them to sell it for us when we decided to move this summer and we were pleased we did as they were again very good, all the way from the initial valuation and marketing in early August through to progressing it to exchange at a good price by the end of October. Stephen Henry in particular was excellent throughout the progression stage, keeping things moving and keeping us up to date with everything that was happening, and Mike Gilbert and Lauren for the valuation and marketing too, but everyone we dealt with at Morris Dibben throughout the sale was very good. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI'd like to say I'm rating Morris Dibben four stars primarily on my experience of dealing with Stephen Henry who was absolutely fantastic. Our buyer's solicitors were beyond inept and drew out the entire process to the extent that we considered giving up at one point. A close friend in the Southampton estate agency scene recommended the company and our valuation was a good experience. On a subsequent visit to the branch we were unceremoniously pied by the same agent who went out of his way to avoid us. Sadly we received no help in the way of selling advice. When we informed them we had made an offer on our new home we were chastised as if we were naughty school children: "When this falls through for you, you'll have learned your lesson" (we now live in the said abode). We continued to receive calls and emails asking if we were still interested in homes sold by Morris Dibben for weeks after informing them we had had an offer accepted which was slightly annoying. Once the process was up and running though, Stephen was as efficient as he was allowed to be and communication on his part was excellent. At several stages it felt as he was more frustrated by the drawn-out process than we were. If it wasn't for him, we would rate the company two stars but feel he carried them and anything lower than four stars wouldn't do him justice, We wre told that due to their market share, Morris Dibben would sell our home and after a fair amount of pressure and admittedly reluctant dropping of the price they did just that. Thanks to all involved.
