GoogleMorris Dibben have proved to be highly professional throughout the sales process of my home. They were able to manage the period during the restrictions, limiting viewers to those capable of proceeding and as such reducing contact with those who could not proceed at the time of the requested viewing. Both Zoe and Steph proved to be highly motivated having a good understanding of the market and profession. GoogleI honestly can't recommend Zoe and the team at Morris Dibben highly enough. To say they have gone over and above is an understatement, they genuinely care about their clients and it's so refreshing. When my Mum was unwell they kept in touch with me to ask about her progress and even offered to check in on her to make sure she was ok! And they did all this at a time when they couldn't actively market the property we had engaged them to sell, so they had absolutely no vested interest in helping out and no prospect of an upcoming sale. GoogleI recently purchased a property through this branch as part of a difficult chain involving the sale of a leasehold flat to some first time buyers. Lawrence was extremely helpful in keeping me updated and chasing solicitors and helping to co-ordinate things etc.

GoogleLawrence Grier at Morris Dibben Chandlers Ford was the best estate agent I have ever come across, due to his hard work and commitment to helping us move in as quick as possible. He would contact us as soon as he had an update with very clear communication. GoogleWe have found the sales person at this estate agent to be the most unprofessional and rude to deal with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend selling or buying a house through this company. We have been left feeling like we cannot trust this agent at all when it comes to purchasing a property through them. To be told “If you had listed your property with us then I’d have been able to get you in for a viewing” on two occasions almost felt like I was being blackmailed and denied the opportunity to buy our dream house. Not impressed one bit and very disappointed.NegativeProfessionalism
