GooglePainless experience. Morris Dibben were great when viewing, negotiating and setting up our new rental. Anais, Harry and Amelia have all been very helpful, responsive and professional! It has been a pleasure renting through them.

GoogleLack professionalism. Very poor experience all round. I arranged a viewing and no one showed up, I telephoned and was told wrong day (my fault?). I then visited the branch to try and establish contact with someone; made genuine enquiries on two homes for sale and was told I would hear back. 10 Days later I chased it up and the attitude from the adviser and the branch manager was poor. No apology and tried to tell me they are one of the best; when my experience both now, in 2022 and 2021 was very poor. What an unfortunate set of events.

GoogleI chose Moriss Dibben for selling my house. My experiance was positive. I had the first and second visit by a superbe Manager, Ms. Chelsea Barrett. She was pleasent, clear, kowlegable, helpful, and professional evaluator of my property, together with a competitive fixed price quotation that she offered. Within days my house was on Rightmove. Thank you Chelsea. Ms. Narinder Rai in particular is a very pleasent and superbe profesional Consultant. She kept me up to date with phone calls and emails which was really helpful and great. Narinder also answered my questions quikly, quietly and efficiently. Her communication was excellent throughout the process. Within a competitive period of time I had different quotations, and finally the house is sold to a chain free buyer. Thank you Narinder. Morris Dibben Southampton, provided an excellent service from the first property evaluation through to completion. They will serve you better.

GoogleI worked alongside Narinder to sell my property, this was my first time selling & she helped me every step of the way, she always kept me updated & was available for me to call or email at anytime. She had made the process so much easier for me & I didn’t feel I was in it alone. If I was in this situation again she would be the first person for me to call, super professional but also very friendly & I know she had my best interest at heart!

GoogleI've used Morris Dibben over many years for renting and selling property. A recent property I sold was very challenging due to both buying and selling solicitors being truly awful. I honestly think that without Narinder battling on our behalf the sale would have fallen through, she was excellent from start to finish. Superb communication, kept me fully informed every step of the way and also very, very pleasant, she is a great credit to Morris Dibben. Narinder was exactly the same about 3 years ago when I sold another property.

GoogleRenting can be really stressful, but because of Nicholas and Nathalie all the procedures from very beginning to the end passed smoothly. They are very friendly, helpful and good in their profession. Highly recommend. Hope to work with same agency in near future for buying a property.
