Thank you Rhian Barton.

Rhian Barton provided absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish. I have always been renting property from estate agents but I have not yet came across such a friendly, professional, and always happy to help person. Rhian made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m genuinely so pleased with the service received and would highly recommend Rhian to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent!

I would recommend this company

I would highly recommend this company, especially if Fin is your main point of contact he works in the Worthing office. I was in a very difficult situation with my tenant who refused to leave my property, even after I had given the required two months’ contractual notice. Fin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire negotiation process and worked professionally with both parties to ensure the matter was resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I fully understood the tenants’ situation, and Fin handled everything in a fair, respectful, and professional manner while also making sure I was able to regain possession of my property without unnecessary delays.

Agents have been very proactive

Agents have been very proactive, with a special mention for my Property Manager Parris - ever since making the first introduction call to me, every interaction has been really good: efficient, professional, proactive, approachable, friendly, completely “on it”. As the landlord I know I’m in really good hands, communication for both me and the tenants is swift, queries are resolved quickly and amicably, and the property cared for. Totally recommended!

Friendly and professional agents with a personal touch.

Friendly and professional agents who made viewings simple with no pressure (shout out to Lucy in the Goring branch who went back out of hours to help us retrieve our kid's lost phone from one of the houses!). When it came to purchasing they were swift and communicated well. After the offer was accepted having Jane in the dedicated Sales Progression team after meant that everything moved as quickly as possible with queries dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. Highly recommended.
