Your agent was 10 minutes late for a viewing, no proper apology or explanation, and as a result appointments had piled up and a group of us were herded around the property unable make a careful assessment. A sub optimal experience that spoke of a distinct lack of respect for renters in general, and which hardly helps the landlord who has entrusted you with finding tenants. A call to your office to relay the experience met a defensive response and a slammed phone. We are impeccable tenants but will not be dealing with you again.

Shocking service provided. Complete lack of communication. They promise to email by a certain time and never do. Have not received keys ahead of moving in date. Lost the deposit and first months rent I sent to them. They can’t be bothered to call or email back. Do not have keys or information about the property I am moving into in a days time - looking like I will be left without keys ahead of move in date.

Definitely not tenant friendly.

I'm very happy to leave the property managed by this agency. Many times they told me things, trying to convince me that those are our landlord wishes. I had a private contact with him and he always denied those things. He even called the agency several times to cancel their decisions. They didn't do anything around the flat issues and charged my landlord for every small thing, to the point where he asked me to call him directly and omit the agency. He couldn't cancel the contract with them, while I was still renting... Btw. Trying to rent a flat with them took ages. Almost two months of checks and uncertainty. At the end they wanted to charge me for painting the walls and some decor fixing. I used a dispute option with my deposit protection company and I received my money back. During this time the agency called me and threatened with additional costs. I would advise landlords to check how things are, directly with their tenants.

The sale of our late Mum's house with Mishon Mackay in Hurstpierpoint went very smoothly. The photos of the house were superb and attracted a lot of interested viewers. As others have said, Beth and Lisa are wonderful to work with and everything you could hope for: competent, professional, reassuring, sympathetic and straightforward. We had clear and impartial advice from them all through and fast returns of calls. Lisa gave weekly updates as the sale progressed. It's also well worth taking their advice about choice of solicitor. We initially went to a different solicitor that proceeded slower than a snail's pace so we moved to the solicitor recommended by Mishon Mackay. That solicitor sorted everything out very efficiently.

Dee made the difference !

We have just moved from Kemp Town and the only reason it has happened at all is down to Dee at MM. Dee is a tiger. We had problematic buyers to be polite, but Dee rose above it all and dragged the transaction over the finishing line. She is everything you could want in an agent, whatever she earns they should double it before she’s off to pastures new.
