Dee is an outstanding, shining example of an absolutely fantastic member of the Mishon Mackay team.Dee dealt with our very long winded and complicated sale of my late father in laws retirement flat. Believe me, there were many frustrations along the way but never once did I feel that way when dealing directly with Dee herself. She is a truly kind and patient human being that translates into her craft and skill within the industry. She really helped keeping me grounded, very informative, gave clear knowledge and pointed me in the right direction whenever I needed it. I cannot praise her enough or express my gratitude to her for being human, for guiding us through this process and for supplying empathy for our situation. Dee is a true credit to Mishon Macaky. We then encountered lots of issues with the purchase and Dee was invaluable - she went above and beyond to ensure we could get our dream purchase. Dee and Felix are a great team. They listen to the client and advise accordingly. My sale was seemles as everyone was working to the same end goal in a timely fashion. I'm normally hesitant to use the agents conveyancing team however I could not have wished for a better person. Amy has to be one of the best solicitors I have used. Thanks guys, we did it all in 6 weeks 👍🏼

My stay in the marina was a lovely experience. The collection of keys was easy even though it was a bank holiday. The apartment though small was fully kitted out and clean and tidy. The weather was cold but the apartment was warm and cosy. Thank you for taking care of everything with no fuss. The location in the marina is perfect with a super market and plenty of pubs and restaurants all easily at hand. Great bus services into Brighton complete the entire experience.

Your property managers don't seem to understand property. Communication isn't much better. Overall,I've been consistently disappointed ever since you took on the management of my property.

Incredibly slow process concerning contracting. Steps were only executed after I called multiple times. Issues flagged in offer were not followed up. Property was put in the market with malfunctioning or broken appliances which property manager forgot to check.

I was informed a day before move in that my house is not reeady to move in, they didnt provide any compensatation for my stay elsewhere.Very worst customer service experienced ever.
