We had a very productive meeting early in the season with Olly. All our concerns and preferences were noted and we were allocated our very own administrator, Ruby, who has been extremely efficient ,for all our properties with BV. This has worked splendidly without any hitches and we look forward to working again with BV this coming season.

Trustpilotwe had a lovely holiday and will be coming back next year
we had a lovely holiday, but on arrival the apartment was dirty and smelly, food left in fridge, beetroot and juice spilt in the fridge and floor, toilet and toilet brush stained, mop smelly and just left under the stairs, used tissues stuffed down side of sofa. we did have a lovely time maybe the cleaner was having a bad day.

Tony Sparrowhawk entered a property without consent and saw a tenant (female) in nothing but underwear and a t-shirt . Despite taking this up with management, they have not taken the tenant's discomfort seriously and have left him to manage the property.

Leak in Bathroom that left us 2 nights sharing a bathroom, not great. No options given by staff. However Suzanne was on her day off and I know this would have been dealt with differently had she been on duty.
