I would recommend Mishon Mackay

I would highly recommend Mishon Mackay but especially Dee Karagol. Dee was friendly and approachable from the moment we met whilst viewing potential properties. She took a personal approach and really took on board our criteria in order to help find us a property. Once we had accepted an offer on our flat she went out of the way to progress the sale as quickly as possible. There were 12 properties in the chain so it wasn't an easy task! She was incredibly proactive, efficient and her communication was outstanding, giving me updates constantly. Thanks for all your help Dee - we are so happy in our new home and I honestly don't think we would have made it without your help!

Very unprofessional and hopeless services. Filled in the Rent application after viewing, but no reply. Called them twice no one returned my calls. Do NOT recommend it. You’ll be disappointed

Following my last review there is still a complete lack of detail that works have been completed.

Following my last review of my daughter's uni accommodation and 18 days after collecting keys the house is still unliveable. We still haven't received confirmation that works are complete to eradicate the extreme mould, fix non working fire and carbon monoxide alarms, missing keys, locks. Cleaning has finally been scheduled.

My experience with Brand Vaughn with everyone from Ms Helen Stones, Mr Michael Burns and Josh Jimenez have been most satisfactory. Appallingly dirty, unsafe and mouldy accommodation

My daughter's housemates gained keys to their uni house two weeks ago to find it covered in black mould, fire and carbon monoxide alarms not working, fire extingishers out of date, disgustingly dirty - no cleaning at all! Keys, locks, doors bell missing and broken everything. Two weeks later, and having escalated to senior mgmt, and still no confirmation that these items have been addressed and no new move-in date.Shockingly, unprofessional and incompetent

I called Mishon Mackay and Oliver came round to explain the whole process to me as well as value my property.
