Estate agents forget that a buyer may one day become a seller. Unfortunately, for Mishon Mackay if they were the only estate agent available in the area I would simply choose not to sell my property. If I can sum up my experience in one word it would be disorganised. Mixed up viewings timings on more than one occasion, arrived late on more than one occasion, used the excuse of the seller's occupation for a serious delays in the conveyancing process on more than one occasion and became unpleasant over the phone one more than one occasion. The experience with Mishon Mckay made me realise why people do not trust estate agents. It got to the point where I needed them to put everything in writing over email and refused to pick up the phone to them. I wanted to pull out of my purchase at least 5 times and it if it wasn't for their constant false reassurances by them I would have. On completion, I did not receive all the keys and the seller had left a large item in the property even though exchange was 4 weeks prior. Buying your first home should be exciting and all the joy and happiness I had was lost whilst buying a property from Mishon Mackay.

Worst letting agency in the UK. First of all, I wish I could attach some pictures to show the conditions my partner and I were living in but, I hope you can trust me when I say the wall of our flat was wet and falling apart. They kept saying they would fix this issue but they never did and it was progressively getting worse since the damage was coming from water leak inside the wall (clearly not our fault). The issue wasn't initially visible because they painted over the wall and they did this again for the next tenants after we moved out (we noticed walking by the house from outside the window). Apart from this major issue, any other issue was also never resolved because of the UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, who also charged us randomly over £200 for some lights flickering even though they were already in those conditions when we moved in. We were also paying the non-deposit scheme, meaning that the extra money we were paying every month should have been used for this kind of stuff but no, this agency loves scamming and charging people with no valid reason without doing any work. AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY!

As a new to the market landlord I was apprehensive about the process. Maddie at BV lettings was helpful and knowledgeable and I felt reassured. Once I had agreed to proceed the response was professional and timely and tenants were found within two weeks. Between Maddie and Michael I was able to communicate any queries and they were responded to quickly. I look forward to a continuing positive experience.
