GoogleThis move would not have been completed without the help and assistance of Claire (Wilson). She kept in touch, every step of the way and I was so grateful for the after sales service. GoogleWe have had a great experience with M&B from the get go they were highly professional and motivated. Sold our property within 24 hours for the upper end of the guide price. Gina in after sales was brilliant. So polite and friendly which made her incredibly approachable, nothing was too much bother; she was always at the end of an email or phone for help and advise or calm my worries. I would 100% use them if I was to move again and recently recommended them to my mum and a friend. Thanks guys, it’s been a pleasure 😊

GoogleI have been very impressed with Minors and Brady, a very professional and well polished team with extensive knowledge of the local area. Most of my dealings were with Gina in the After Sales Office - she was always friendly and worked really hard to keep things together and flowing, particuarly during hard times. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company

GoogleGina in the after sales team was so friendly and helpful when I had queries. As a first time buyer, it was quite a nervous process, but it was nice knowing I had someone who would keep me informed and answer any questions. I’d also like to mention Abi and Karol who I spoke to when I was viewing the property and putting in the offer. They were also both friendly and helpful.

GoogleMinors and Brady have been so helpful through our recent house sale and purchase. There ended up being a lot of complications in the chain, which was no fault of Minors and Brady. Their staff were brilliant in helping us through it all. In particular, Nagilla was fantastic, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was sorted and really helped to ease what was a fairly stressful situation. I'm incredibly grateful for her hard work and would recommend Minors and Brady to anyone.

GoogleI was looking to buy a property close to the sea in Norfolk and having found my ideal home in my price range the whole process was trouble free and smooth thanks to the team at Minors and Brady. I want to give a special thanks to Claire Wilson who was there to answer any questions and co ordinate with the solicitors in the chain. I was very impressed by the positive attitude and efficiency that Claire demonstrated at all times. GoogleMe and my partner have purchased a property from Minors & Brady and were lucky enough to deal with Claire Wilson in the sales progression team. She has been chasing all the relevant parties from the start and has allowed for us to move forward in such good time. Any little hiccup was quickly resolved and has left my partner and I feeling very calm and confident. I can safely say out of all the solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents involved in my chain purchase, Claire has been the most helpful and has made the process least stressful it can be. Should I decide to move again I will 100% be looking for a home with Minors & Brady and can only hope we are assigned Claire again Thank you for everything Alfie

GoogleThe team at Minors & Brady have made the process of selling a house unbelievably stress free. From valuation to marketing, negotiating the sale and the after sales care, they have been excellent. The valuation process was easy, the agent Jack was professional and friendly and immediately I felt a sense of trust and confidence with the company. The marketing of my home, in particular the photographs were outstanding, it’s clear when looking at other agents sales particulars that Minors & Brady have the edge and know just how to sell a lifestyle, which is what buyers need to see. At the open day, through the agent, Olly’s, excellent negotiation skills and warmth of character he was able to secure several offers on the property. What I have been most impressed with is the after sales care. Being allocated one agent; Lauren, to personally look after the process, I received regular updates by phone and email and whenever I made contact with a query, I always received a call back from Lauren within the hour if she was unavailable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We had many conversations throughout the process and throughout she was so friendly, knowledgable, empathetic and encouraging - a real credit to the company! Without Lauren’s continuous support, I would have been stressed and confused about what was happening or what to do next. I can’t thank you all enough!

GoogleI had a positive and satisfactory experience with Minors and Brady. The customer service was Impressive and I received a great deal of help throughout the letting process. Joe Richard in particular was always on hand to answer my questions and provide regular updates. This is in addition to the constant support from the team which makes the tenancy process seamless. I highly recommend Minor and Brady Estate Agents & Lettings.

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with Minors and Brady, specifically the lettings team! James Roe was very helpful, kind and kept me informed throughout the process! He provided me with much appreciated updates throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the team. In addition, I want to add that after the initial process as taken care of by James, I then dealt with Beth Linton, who was equally brilliant! She was incredibly helpful, kind, quick to respond and went the extra mile to accommodate my requests! A brilliant team!

GoogleClaire in the after sales team has been fantastic. She has been so responsive to emails and phone calls and has managed the property chain fantastically. No problem too small, good communication and great at chasing solicitors and other agents to get things moving and keeping everyone informed of changes. Claire is a credit to Minors & Brady and I am glad she was dealing with my purchase.

GoogleWe brought our first house and couldn't be so grateful to Minors and Brady specially Nagilla Santos who dealt with our transaction. We had few issues with our solicitors that hold us a little bit but she was very very keen to get it sort it for us and chase them and guide us and finally we have our lovely place. We called lots of time and she was very happy to answers all our questions and concerns as first time buyers. Highly recommend, very professional, friendly polite, outstanding customer service.

GoogleClaire Wilson in after sales at Minors & Brady has been brilliant. We have really appreciated her weekly phone calls to keep us updated with our house purchase. Claire has regularly backed up her phone calls to us with emails and her regular communication has kept us informed at all times. Claire has also liaised with both our solicitor and the seller's solicitor to further hold everything together. Claire has been positive, professional and helpful at all times.
