GoogleOur whole pathway from start to finish has been such a positive experience with Michaels Estate Agents. Jacqui, Sales progressor, kept us informed with regular updates but she also was a great support when our first house sale fell through. However, with dedicated team effort from Colchester branch and Halstead we have now exchanged contracts, so we have our happy ending. Thank you all so much!

TrustpilotFirst-time buyers of no.29
We are first-time buyers after renting for many years and have dealt with a wide range of estate agents (not all of them positive experiences). As a result, we were quite apprehensive about the buying process, especially as it was all new to us.

TrustpilotOutstanding Support for First-Time Buyers
Lee Francis and Jo Davy were outstanding from start to finish. As first-time buyers, my partner and I were quite cautious after a previous negative experience with a mainstream estate agent. However, Lee completely changed that for us. He supported us every step of the way, kept us fully informed throughout, and gave us real confidence in securing our first home.

Michaels have made made the stressful experience of selling a house as pain free as possible! All the team have been a pleasure to deal with and highly efficient and I’d have no hesitation in recommending above other agents. Particular thanks to Ollie and Lee throughout the marketing stages and Jo for her efficiency in pushing the sale through to exchange in under 8 weeks.

GoogleI can’t thank Charlotte and Michaels enough for the incredible job they did in selling my mum’s house. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. They guided us through every step of the process with clear communication and patience, always making sure we felt informed and supported. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to their calm and organised approach. Their expertise in the market was evident straight away, and they worked tirelessly to secure a great outcome. We were especially impressed with how smoothly everything was handled and how quickly they managed to find the right buyer. Most importantly, they treated the sale with sensitivity and understanding, which meant a lot to our family. It never felt like “just another sale”, they truly cared. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte and the Michaels team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish.

We have nothing but great things to say about Michaels in Braintree with regards to the sale of our family home. From the minute they came round to get measurements to the day we handed over the keys. Excellent service from Patrick, Gemma, Charlotte and Kelan. TrustpilotBrilliant company
Me and my partner have just began renting a property through Michaels and they have been professional and brilliant throughout! We have had negative experiences with other estate agents in the area - we felt other agencies in the area lacked communication and did not take us seriously, but Michael’s were fabulous throughout. We went in to request a viewing and 2 weeks later, we moved into the property! A special shout out goes to Kyle - he was so professional and helpful throughout, answering any questions we had and was readily available when we needed him. I genuinely cannot recommend Michael’s enough - they were perfect from start to finish and have been so helpful.

GoogleEnjoyed the experience as a first time buyer. Felt welcomed and calm. Had concerns but were quickly dealt with. Love the bottle of wine given when picking up my house keys. Couldn't say anything negative about them. I aimed for February moving date. As a deaf person it was great transition for me even though I was very nervous about the whole process
