They answered all questions promptly, and ensured thorough communication every step of the way, keeping us up to date with the sale of our property, and the purchase of our new property. I have no hesitation in recommending MIchael Graham estate agents in Buckingham, and in particular Gareth Redman. They were proactive in all dealings, offering appropriate and well considered viewings and were very realistic in issues around timing of exchange and completion. Although acting for the sellers, we always believed they also had our interests in mind, seeking to find a win\win solution for all parties.It was amazing to see Gareth working so hard as the sale concluded and multi tasking all parts of the chain to get out purchase through.

I have worked with Sophie the manager for years. I have followed her to Michael Graham. Sophie is passionate, understands her clients, thinks strategically and outside the box and is a brilliant at the conveyancing process where many sales can fall through with lazy agents. Sophie is 110% on it ALL the time!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Graham Estate Agents, and I can honestly say that my experience was outstanding from start to finish, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Magda. From the moment we began working together, Magda's professionalism and honesty stood out. She was always transparent, giving us crucial information about the property, including any past offers and whether there was room for negotiation on price. This level of honesty and openness was something I hadn’t experienced with other estate agents and really made a difference. Having worked with other estate agents before, I can honestly say the sale didn’t go through with them, but Magda turned the whole process around. I cannot recommend Michael Graham enough. I recently used them in a house sale transaction which for many reasons was complex and experienced delays. Lee and Roger were exceptional in communicating with me and coordinated the process with professionalism, empathy and expertise. It made a stressful situation so much easier. They were always available to help resolve and unblock issues and nothing was too big or small for them to get involved in. I highly recommend them as their service is exceptional.

Michael Graham provided an excellent service as we sought to purchase our new home. We had a couple of tricky issues to negotiate, which were handled in a timely and exceptionally professional manner. Ander was our primary point of contract and, without exception, acted in the very best interests of both the seller and buyer throughout; he provided constant, timely and accurate communication. Although we don't plan on moving again soon, we would highly recommend the professional services of Michael Graham.

Highly recommended. We've had to deal with estate agents a lot lately and Michael Graham stand head and shoulders above all of them. They did a great job of finding people who were potentially interested in our unusual house (rather than loads of ill-matched viewers) and then helping us through what turned out to be a complex sale process. Everyone we dealt with was excellent: great communication, really efficient service, calm and friendly and knowledgeable.
