GoogleWe have been really impressed by Gareth and the Michael Graham team as they pursued the sale of my late mother's house. Their service has been efficient, courteous and timely, providing us with confidence that they had our backs in the process, updating us regularly and consulting us over decisions along the way. GooglePurchased a property that was marketed by Michael Graham through their Buckingham office. I must admit that, due to past experience, my opinion of estate agents was pretty low but I must admit that Gareth has changed those views positively. Gareth managed the purchase of our property very well and in line with what he stated. The whole process, although still daunting was made that little bit easier by Gareth's reliable and reassuring updates. From conversations I suspect that Gareth has a well structured process to ensure that he keeps on top of what is happening with the sale properties that he manages. Thank you Gareth for your help and support that you have shown us, I trust that your managers appreciate that you genuinely go the extra Mile.

GoogleWe recently used Michael Graham Towcester for the sale of three new build properties. As developers in an ever-changing market, having the right people working on your project is critical. Richard was on hand to discuss our strategy before we'd even put a spade in the ground and offered help and advice throughout the whole project. Ander and Jo handled the viewings and negotiations, achieving sales prices that we were more than happy with. Their professional yet relaxed approach meant that our buyers were at ease through the whole process and we were kept informed throughout the sale. Great to have them in our corner!

GoogleWe had a very challenging house sale that lasted 15 months. The chain below our house sale broke several times throughout this period. Fortunately we had extremely professional, understanding and efficient service throughout from all members of Michael Graham’s staff. We were always able to communicate with them, we were given timely updates and they worked tirelessly to overcome the many obstacles that were thrown their way. We had Jo as our main contact and she couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. We found the process of selling our house extremely stressful, but will always remember the exceptional service we received from every member of staff in the Towcester office. Thank you all.

GoogleExcellent and very professional service. All the staff were helpful and communication was excellent. Photographer took excellent photos and property marketed extremely well. Anders who was the person we dealt with kept us up to date with the sale, liased with the buyers and tried to get the sale completed as soon as possible in the interest of all parties.
