GoogleWe used 4 agents over 3 years and Michael Graham were simply the best. The reasons were a very good in-house professional photography team showing the house at its best, regular communication throughout the process from Steve and Chris, even when not a lot was happening, viewings were carried out by the sales negotiators( not a part time viewing team) meaning they knew the buyers personally when discussing offers, and the personal involvement of a director who didn’t disappear after winning the mandate. It all meant that we felt they were all over the transaction and we had the attention of a highly experienced team. And calling their office was always handled well if we got their support team.

GoogleHaving just sold and bought through Michael graham we can say with confidence that our transactions were made so much easier with the team in Bedford looking after us. As with most sales, there were times that were somewhat bumpy to say the least but Jack and Jonathon were always on hand to help and resolve when things got a little stressful. They sold ours for a price we were delighted with as promised and also secured us what is now our forever home. We love it. Our contact in the office was Ander Cockerill. He oversaw the purchase from start to finish and all of our emails and questions were dealt with promptly.
