As we all know, moving house is a stressfull thing to do. It was therefore re-assuring that the staff at Michael Graham were able to assist us in a highly professional way during our difficult move. In our case this meant that at our second attempt, MG remembered exactly what we were looking for so that as soon as the correct property became available we were immediately contacted and able to secure the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Gates and the team at MG Newport Pagnell as people that can be trusted in all aspects of the transaction and are a credit to their profession.

We have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and Michael Graham is always the estate agent we choose. We recently sold a property and bought one through the Newport Pagnell branch. The service we received was first class. Simon dealt with both transactions and he was always available and kept us fully informed throughout. We are so pleased that we sold our house through Michael Graham. Their service was impeccable throughout, with great attention to detail, always kept the process moving and ensured that we were up to date with progress. Their valuation was spot on and if we had gone with one of the other agents we would have been thousands of pounds out of pocket, plus the house sold in 10 days. Really nice people as well!

We sold our house through Newport Pagnell Michael Gramham branch. We were extremely happy with the service we received. The photos and details about our house was first class, we had many viewings and sold within the week. Throughout the whole sales process we were kept up to date and the team at Michael Graham were in very close contact with both solicitors throughout. Simon Gates and his team facilitated a sale and purchase on our behalf. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the valuation on our property was realistic and not overly inflated with professional photography that showcased our home beautifully. The process became lengthy, but we ended up buying the house that we had wanted from the start and were supported all the way through by Magda and Olly. I would not hesitate to instruct Michael Graham to be our agents in the future if we ever decide to move again.

We found the Team at Michael Graham Newport Pagnell very helpful. Once we had the initial survey and assessment discussion everything moved very quickly. The photographer was very good and the photos produced were superb. The house had never looked so good! Simon appointed 2 of his sales team and both maintained regular contact, so we felt engaged and involved. The house was listed “in the window” on the Tuesday, went on-line on the Wednesday and we sold, for the full asking price, on Thursday. Job done! Very happy, thank you!

We sold our house through Michael Graham Newport Pagnell branch this year. We could not fault the service we received. Simon and the team were very professional and we were kept up to date with every step of the process and were always able to reach them on the phone if need be. The pictures of the house were superb and we had many viewings booked in within the first couple of days of it being online and it sold within a week from the first viewing. We would highly recommend Michael Graham to anyone looking to sell their house.

Michael Graham at Newport Pagnell looked after the sale of our daughter’s first house purchase a few years ago. Everything went well.
