GoogleMoving house is inevitably a stressful experience but the service I had from the guys in the Newport Pagnell office was second to none. They supported me every step of the way from the initial valuation right through to completion and kept me up to date at all times. They achieved a sale on the first day that my house went on the market and I was lucky enough to get the full asking price.

GoogleSimon from the Newport Pagnell Branch of Michael Graham represented the purchase of our new home just outside the town in April 17. By my own admission I have been highly sceptical about the value and purpose of Estate Agents in an online world. Let me say unreservedly the value Simon added to the process completely switched my thinking 180 degrees. We were part of a chain of seven people and I honestly don't think we would have ever moved if it were not for Simon's tenacity and willingness to put in the sheer leg work and phone calls with other agents and Solicitors to keep the process on track. Despite the numerous times I panicked and stressed out and felt like giving up; he always addressed my concerns at the first chance he could, even at one point responding to my emails when he was out the country on holiday. We truly love the home we purchased from him and have no intentions of moving again for many many years to come. However if we did, having learnt from this experience I would a) definitely use an Estate Agent b) without hesitation it would be Simon Gates at Michael Graham just for his sheer excellence of service, regardless of wether any quote was cheaper/dearer than other Estate Agents. Although I had genuinely never met Simon before this process by the end he felt like a friend. Through this online review I unreservedly am happy to recommend him to new customers

GoogleWe had been searching for a bungalow in Great Linford to move to for many months. We purchased our house in Great Linford in 2004 through Michael Graham and were very impressed with all aspects of their approach. We therefore had no problem in contacting them to discuss our requirements. Their branch manager, Simon Gates visited us and gave us his honest assessment regarding selling price and availability of our required new home. We then waited and in the 4-5 months that went by before our bungalow became available, he was in constant contact, asking to bring the odd viewer around. Then it all to came together. A Bungalow came onto the market and we viewed and agreed a price. They sold ours and the whole deal took just 92 days to complete. We have found them to be honest, reliable and entirely genuine, never promising but always being positive and realistic. A real joy to work with. We highly recommend them without any reservation

We were particularly pleased with the high quality of their photography which really showed our house at its best on rightmove. The entire team, including branch manager, were very accessible and prompt when dealing with our queries. Overall a very positive experience.

GoogleWhat is my House worth ? I recently had a requirement to know the value of my house as I was thinking of possibly selling and moving. There are so many Estate Agents around that I was unsure who to contact. I had noticed that around my village and surrounding areas there were many houses for sale with "Michael Graham" for sale signs, and I also noticed that they all seemed to sell fairly quickly, so I decided to contact my local Michael Graham office in Newport Pagnell. A Mr. Simon Gates came out to see me. He was very courteous and helpful, and he made a thorough inspection of my house, garage and garden. He pointed out several features that my property had as an advantage for prospective buyers and when he told me what I could expect it to be sold for I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted such a good price for it. At the moment, my circumstances have changed, and I will need to remain in my present house for a little longer, but when I am ready to sell I shall have no hesitation in contacting Michael Graham again as I have every confidence they will do a good job for me.

GoogleWe bought our new property through Michael Graham. We viewed a few properties with them which were always easy to arrange. Magda was always very professional and helpful she is a credit to Michael Graham. We were always kept up to speed with the process, they were ahead of our solicitor and building surveyor in keeping us up to date. The only reason this review is not five star is the mess we got into when collecting our keys, this was a Friday afternoon and we were told the keys were ready to collect but nobody at the office seemed to know if the property was vacated and we were left to find out ourselves which felt a little unprofessional and stressful when we were trying to deal with a chain of selling and buying.

So we decided to use Michael Graham as they had been highly recommended. They were very professional and friendly. Simon the manager worked above and beyond with us regarding any issues that arose during the sale and purchase. We were kept upto date with every step. It was therefore re-assuring that the staff at Michael Graham were able to assist us in a highly professional way during our difficult move. In our case this meant that at our second attempt, MG remembered exactly what we were looking for so that as soon as the correct property became available we were immediately contacted and able to secure the property. GoogleWe found the Team at Michael Graham Newport Pagnell very helpful. Once we had the initial survey and assessment discussion everything moved very quickly. The photographer was very good and the photos produced were superb. The house had never looked so good! Simon appointed 2 of his sales team and both maintained regular contact, so we felt engaged and involved. The house was listed “in the window” on the Tuesday, went on-line on the Wednesday and we sold, for the full asking price, on Thursday. Job done! Very happy, thank you!

Simon and the team were very professional and we were kept up to date with every step of the process and were always able to reach them on the phone if need be.
