GoogleMichael Graham @ Newport Pagnell branch were professional and courteous throughout. We were particularly pleased with the high quality of their photography which really showed our house at its best on rightmove. The entire team, including branch manager, were very accessible and prompt when dealing with our queries. Overall a very positive experience.

GoogleWhat is my House worth ? I recently had a requirement to know the value of my house as I was thinking of possibly selling and moving. There are so many Estate Agents around that I was unsure who to contact. I had noticed that around my village and surrounding areas there were many houses for sale with "Michael Graham" for sale signs, and I also noticed that they all seemed to sell fairly quickly, so I decided to contact my local Michael Graham office in Newport Pagnell. A Mr. Simon Gates came out to see me. He was very courteous and helpful, and he made a thorough inspection of my house, garage and garden. He pointed out several features that my property had as an advantage for prospective buyers and when he told me what I could expect it to be sold for I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted such a good price for it. At the moment, my circumstances have changed, and I will need to remain in my present house for a little longer, but when I am ready to sell I shall have no hesitation in contacting Michael Graham again as I have every confidence they will do a good job for me.

GoogleWe bought our new property through Michael Graham. We viewed a few properties with them which were always easy to arrange. Magda was always very professional and helpful she is a credit to Michael Graham. We were always kept up to speed with the process, they were ahead of our solicitor and building surveyor in keeping us up to date. The only reason this review is not five star is the mess we got into when collecting our keys, this was a Friday afternoon and we were told the keys were ready to collect but nobody at the office seemed to know if the property was vacated and we were left to find out ourselves which felt a little unprofessional and stressful when we were trying to deal with a chain of selling and buying.

GoogleWe had previously tried to sell our house twice with another local agent, each time we had problems that we had never experienced before. So we decided to use Michael Graham as they had been highly recommended. They were very professional and friendly. Simon the manager worked above and beyond with us regarding any issues that arose during the sale and purchase. We were kept upto date with every step. I cannot praise and recommend Simon and his team enough.

GoogleAs we all know, moving house is a stressfull thing to do. It was therefore re-assuring that the staff at Michael Graham were able to assist us in a highly professional way during our difficult move. In our case this meant that at our second attempt, MG remembered exactly what we were looking for so that as soon as the correct property became available we were immediately contacted and able to secure the property. We recently sold a property and bought one through the Newport Pagnell branch. The service we received was first class. Simon dealt with both transactions and he was always available and kept us fully informed throughout. Their service was impeccable throughout, with great attention to detail, always kept the process moving and ensured that we were up to date with progress. Their valuation was spot on and if we had gone with one of the other agents we would have been thousands of pounds out of pocket, plus the house sold in 10 days. Really nice people as well!

The photos and details about our house was first class, we had many viewings and sold within the week. GoogleSimon Gates and his team facilitated a sale and purchase on our behalf. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the valuation on our property was realistic and not overly inflated with professional photography that showcased our home beautifully. The process became lengthy, but we ended up buying the house that we had wanted from the start and were supported all the way through by Magda and Olly. I would not hesitate to instruct Michael Graham to be our agents in the future if we ever decide to move again.

GoogleWe found the Team at Michael Graham Newport Pagnell very helpful. Once we had the initial survey and assessment discussion everything moved very quickly. The photographer was very good and the photos produced were superb. The house had never looked so good! Simon appointed 2 of his sales team and both maintained regular contact, so we felt engaged and involved. The house was listed “in the window” on the Tuesday, went on-line on the Wednesday and we sold, for the full asking price, on Thursday. Job done! Very happy, thank you!

Simon and the team were very professional and we were kept up to date with every step of the process and were always able to reach them on the phone if need be. The pictures of the house were superb and we had many viewings booked in within the first couple of days of it being online and it sold within a week from the first viewing. GoogleMichael Graham at Newport Pagnell looked after the sale of our daughter’s first house purchase a few years ago. Everything went well. The process was nice and simple and, as a result, now we are in the position to make our next house purchase we too have taken the decision to instruct Michael Graham to market our property. It’s only fair to say that we have had some previous dealings with Simon, who we found to be both professional and exceptionally helpful, as well as informative.
