GooglePaul Elliott and the team provided a very high standard of service throughout the home selling process. Not only were they all extremely professional, everyone was attentive and sensitive to the circumstances surrounding the sale of the property throughout. Furthermore, there were some challenges along the way, not of Paul and his team's doing, which Paul and Mary especially helped us with to resolve quickly, and efficiently - thank you. Adrian Speed.

GoogleBuckingham branch are absolutely brilliant. They were not only totally professional in every way but also very sympathetic to a difficult sale due to divorce. GoogleTake a step back into feudal England with these two-faced robber-barons. Sure, they'll butter you up for a sales commission, but they'll treat you like a peasant if you're renting! Sins include: attempting to prevent a tenant from changing energy supplier (illegal when the tenant pays the bills), blackmailing for reference fees without prior agreement, quoting the landlord then admitting landlord was never contacted, accusing tenants of "hiding something" when they exercise their right to withhold personal information, grubbing after "increased" rent - later found to be in error (no apology), ignoring complaints, and being curt, entitled, even nigh-unintelligible in correspondence. Perpetrators: senior employees including manager/s and director/s. Stay classy, Michael Graham!

GoogleMichael Graham have been fabulous with our house sale. From the first meeting we felt that we would be dealing with a professional team and we were not disappointed. Great communication throughout the entire process and when our first buyer pulled out there was no 'game playing' as most estate agents do but honesty and transparency which we really appreciated. GoogleI worked with Alex during purchase of our new place in Milton Keynes. It was very nice experience working with Michael Graham in general and Alex in particular. They are thorough professionals who kept up to the pace despite of all the hurdles during our sales process.
