GoogleExcellent service from beginning to end and I was very impressed with the marketing of my property, which resulted in a sale in a matter of days. Caroline and Angela in particular provided regular updates and help whenever needed and the whole team were always on hand to respond to any queries I had. Highly recommended!

GoogleOver the years I have learnt that you get what you pay for with Estate Agents and Michael Graham although not the cheapest are worth every penny! I dealt with Phil and Gavin when putting our house on the market and then Caroline throughout our sale. All of them were completely transparent, prompt in their responses and really drove things through to the very last detail. Our chain wasn’t simple but they did everything they could to keep everyone up to speed and to make things happen when it looked like things would fall through. On top of that they are genuinely decent people and made what can be a stressful experience almost bareable. I’m never moving again but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!

GooglePhil was honest, diligent and progressed our purchase whenever possible. Before using Michael Graham we had agreed a purchase in principle with another Hitchin agent, this agent allowed the house we had apparently bought to be viewed by another couple and we were later gazumped. I had it on authority from our new neighbours that once our offer had been accepted on our now home, they had asked Phil to view it and he said that it had been sold and was no longer on the market. I massively trust and recommend Michael Graham.

GooglePaul, Steve and the team provided us with an excellent service when selling our home, I would say they went beyond the average estate agent working hard to keep the chain together right up to exchange and even post sale continued to assist with forwarding on post which had gone astray and acting as middle men to resolve final meter readings etc which didn't seem to tally. GoogleWe got to know Steve Tillyer this year while searching for property in Buckinghamshire. Although we have not found a property yet, unlike some other agents, Steve always keeps us informed of any property he thinks will be of interest. This is an estate agent with a human touch - so nice to deal with.

GoogleMy property went on the market with Michael Graham and what I was most impressed with was how comprehensive the feedback overall was. Initially the valuation was wonderfully contextualised and I was given options with regard to what the advertised sale price should be. I was going through a difficult divorce and Paul Copping was incredibly sensitive to that and made sure the information shared was done so in an appropriate way across both parties. After each and every viewing I was given detailed feedback in addition to a monthly report on where my property had been advertised and how many viewings we had had in total. Paul Copping always worked viewings around my availability and knew which potential buyers to push harder than those he thought weren’t necessarily so seriois. I have valued his advise and insight every step of the way. I tend not to like estate agents generally speaking but Paul Copping breaks the mould - such a thoroughly lovely chap as well as being incredibly knowledgable and pragmatic. I couldn’t recommend Michael Graham and Paul Copping highly enough.

On a couple of occasions he was very proactive in contacting all parties involved in our chain so everyone knew where each other stood. This was invaluable in reducing as much stress in the moving process as possible.

The service was extremely professional from the first contact, the valuation process, assembling the particulars and the advice we were given. They kept us fully informed about viewings, and their feedback was both timely and helpful. They actually sold our house three times, the first two sales fell through for reasons totally beyond their control. We bought our new house through them, and experienced the same professional service, even to the day we moved. GooglePaul, Steve and Jean were very helpful in what turned out to be a more difficult sale due to circumstances which were out of their control. Always professional, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed as well it could until we finally reached the promised land! I would highly recommend this branch of Michael Graham not only for their expertise but also importantly to me, their kindness and understanding, which is always a bonus when selling a house.
