GoogleWhile we were looking for our new home in Newport Pagnell, we have dealt with most of the local estate agents and we have seen quite a few properties with Michael Graham. I must say that they have proven themselves as extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Look no further! Special thanks to Magda and Simon.

GoogleFollowing quotes from numerous Agents we decided to go with Michael Graham as we felt the price was correct and the other agents had undervalued andto confirm that we had the house sold at full asking price on the first viewing we later had some issues below us in the chain which resulted in the sale falling through but after a while it was all back on track. The service we received was excellent thought the whole process with regular updates. The photographer was a professional and you could tell by the quality of the pictures they definately stood out from the rest. I will always recommend Michael Graham from now on as they are head and shoulders above the rest for service.

GoogleThe team at Michael Graham were always extremely courteous and professional throughout the sale of my mum’s property. Simon Gates had an excellent knowledge of the local market, and his valuation was spot on as within 2 weeks Mum had received an offer of the full asking price. She thought it would take a long time to sell, as it needed a lot of work and money to be spent on it so she was very pleased, (though the photographs made it look so wonderful we could hardly recognise it!) Magda dealt with the sale. She always kept me informed of everything that was going on, and was a great help later through a sticky patch. All in all we were very happy with our choice of estate agents. Thank you Simon, Magda and Olly!

This sensible advice gave me a quick sale at a price I could go forward with to be able to afford my new property. Yes, Simon you were right!! GoogleSimon Gates came to appraise my property on 25th January. Whilst I was pleased with Simon's positive valuation of my house, I was most struck by his personable manner and his interest and enthusiasm in me and my home. Michael Graham offered me a free valuation despite knowing that I do not intend to sell my house. Given the efficient service I have received from the outset I would choose Michael Graham and preferably Simon, to sell my property, with the firm belief that they would be committed to doing so to the best of their ability and with enthusiasm.

GoogleWe Found Michael Graham to be a very professional, customer focused business. They were extremely proactive firstly in selling our house/buying and secondly in seeing the process through to completion. Simon Gates certainly went that extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to keep a difficult chain from breaking, he was in touch with me all the time with updates. He was always available to answer my calls, and on the odd occasion when I left messages, he called back promotly. Which is just what you want from an estate agent. I cannot recommend them highly enough......

GoogleSimon sold our house in 2018. From the moment we met he was professional and honest. He clearly had our best interest at the forefront of his customer service skills. Simon sold our house within 2 weeks if it being on the market and we believe this to be due to his effort and understanding of what we wanted and needed. At all times the service his office offered us was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the office at Newport Pagnell to anyone.

GoogleThey were very helpful from beginning to end. Excellent customer service: great politeness, attention, guidance, queries always dealt with and raised as needed... When the communication between solicitors was not being too effective, they always let us know so that we could chase accordingly and fasten the process. They are quick informing on effective actions from the other party and from the bank that are key to the progression and completion of the process - so quick that our solicitor could’t beat them. From a buyer’s perspective, we would definitely recommend them. It is the best state agency service that I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are extremely pleased. Our agent was Simon Gates; our broker, Nigel. They both are fantastic at what they do. Simply remarkable.

GoogleWe would just like to thank Simon Gates and the rest of his team for the help and support given in selling our home. They have been nothing more than excellent in every-way. Very professional in aspects from the very start. Excellent communication at all time with regular updates. Professional pictures taken along with well worded put together sales particulars. Very helpful team who want to go the extra mile to help wherever they can. All viewing accompanied and our home respected at all times, by the removal of shoes, and doors locked after viewing and so on. It is hard to get good customer service these days but these guys really will impress you, cant thank them all enough. A more honest friendlier bunch of people you wont find. GoogleSimon Gates and his team facilitated a sale and purchase on our behalf. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the valuation on our property was realistic and not overly inflated with professional photography that showcased our home beautifully. The process became lengthy, but we ended up buying the house that we had wanted from the start and were supported all the way through by Magda and Olly. I would not hesitate to instruct Michael Graham to be our agents in the future if we ever decide to move again.
