GoogleAlex Naylor helped us sell our property within a couple of weeks with 3 different parties making offers that suited our asking price. There were back to back viewings on certain days. Alex was polite, professional and extremely patient. He always took my (often lengthy) calls, even beyond social hours and on Sundays. His phone never went on voicemail. All my text messages were responded to promptly often followed by a call or a quick visit if needed. Our house was attractive but it was facing a lot of competition from cheaper yet better properties locally. Also, to make things worse, there had been a distress sale by a neighbour with a house identical to ours for almost a £100k less. This had skewed the market and we called 17 EAs to guesstimate the price of our property. We picked Alex because he did not boast, or behave over-enthusiastically. He stayed reasonable and was very confident of defying the skewed market to get us a price that the house actually deserved. It was a large house with a cramped kitchen. Alex and the rest of his able colleagues supervised the viewings. listing every selling point of our property to the potential buyers. Showing them how such a kitchen can be extended to make the property something to die for. They were punctual and gave us clear feedback with good advice to both, us and the parties interested in the property. Alex kept us posted about the chain and eventually helped us secure a brilliant deal with a keen buyer who was renting. Simply put, smiles and peace of mind throughout. But, that is not why I am writing this review. Alex proved to be a pleasant source of empathy, excellent advice and professional support during a very taxing time with our purchase. He walked us through buying our dream home by being available for immediate advice, in person and over the phone. Alex guided us during an arduous bidding war. We bagged our purchase a couple of days after accepting the final offer on our sale. If it were not for Alex, we would've either lost that purchase to another party, or paid beyond our means. His step by step advice on this matter was well within his professional ethics, yet beyond what he was obliged to do for us as his vendors. These were tough times and we were on a rollercoaster. Alex was always around for clearing doubts and removing fears. This will remain with us. Oliver (sorry I cannot remember the second name) took amazing pictures of our house making it look like something out of a decor magazine. He clearly enjoys what he does and is very passionate about bringing out the best in every click. He doesn’t give up till he gets that perfect snap. This is quite evident in the Michael Graham brochures. Thanks Olly. GoogleMG were excellent throughout our purchase process. They provided knowledgeable and timely advice on everything we needed to know, which as a first time buyer was quite a lot! Our agent, Michael, kept in touch with us throughout and guided us smoothly through the sale with a smile all the time. We were lucky with the time of year and a good solicitor too, but it only takes one link to break and the chain collapses, and at no stage was I ever concerned about anything with MG. Don't plan on moving again for about thirty years, but if I do it'll be with them :)

However, Michael Graham's office in Milton Keynes handled the sale for us, and things ran as smoothly as we could have possibly wished for. From pitching the value, at the beginning, right through to completion, their team could not have been more helpful: Professional, friendly and always available, we couldn't have asked for more. GoogleI have sold two houses over the last year with MG ( one mine and the other my daughters ) On both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth Redman who has been excellent in communicating the progress (even when it was not good news) being very pro active and persistent in his support and chasing the sale, up to, and after exchange and completion We had one of the houses with another estate agent who managed to lose 3 sales because they were not diligent with follow up and were very un professional. It is a fact, it would appear, that you get what you pay for. Well done to Richard, Gareth and the whole team at Towcester office

GoogleWe just bought our new home via Michael Graham Towcester. The sellers are elderly in their 90s. Everything was going smoothly till it was discovered that there were a few disputes with the property such as relocation of the electric meter and a piece of land that the title did not reflect, plus a few other issues. From here began a race to chase the electric company, the land registry, the solicitors etc. But we had to do none of it as Gareth Redman and Richard Irland did it all for us. Gareth made sure the land part was sorted between the involved parties while Richard worked beyond hours and even on his breaks to get it all sorted within (believe it or not) 10 days time. Although the exchange of contracts took longer than expected and was more like a rollercoaster but none of it was because of the EA. They only greased the wheels. Both Richard and Gareth made sure the vendors solicitors worked twice as fast towards the end. Meanwhile, Ben Laidler was so patient with me, giving me updates, passing on my messages, it was always reassuring to talk to him. The property season being at its peak, it was particularly busy for these men but they ensured they responded to all my calls no matter when or where. Seamlessly done :)

He has extensive experience of the house buying/selling procedure and was able to guide and coax all the other stakeholders every step of the way. Gareth Redman is a truly proactive and professional sales executive who adds incredible value to any one whose intent on buying a house. The level of service provided to his client and the rest of the chain was exceptional, he went above & beyond to act as liaison between the different parties in the chain, including the legal teams. From finding a buyer, negotiating a sale price and then working through the trials and tribulations to exchange of contracts/completion, the team was simply outstanding. Ben Laidler, leading the sale transaction, was impressively resilient, calm under pressure and representative of the highest professional standards. Ben’s knowledge of the local area played a major part in securing the sale whilst his perseverance in negotiating the end to end process nudged the various parties in the chain to a satisfactory conclusion.
