GoogleExcellent agents, with great local coverage. I’ve had several dealings with Steve Tillyer (Senior Negotiator) who has consistently been honest, reliable and has always given me excellent advice, even when it could’ve resulted in him missing two potential sales. Highly recommended, the type of Estate Agents people rarely seem to talk about.

GoogleWe viewed a few properties with Michael Graham and it has always been a very pleasant experience. They are helpful and professional, yet not "pushy", and their knowledge of the local area is invaluable. They have been superb at understanding our (many) needs and requirements and have that personal touch that makes you feel more than just a potential business opportunity. They only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we feel some of the staff could be a little bit more knowledgeable about the properties they show. On the whole we have a very positive view of this this estate agency, which we would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleSteve Tillyer from Michael Graham was extremely helpful in trying to find us a property in the area. He quickly grasped what our requirements were, communicated well and ensured we got informed of any properties coming up on the market. Although the house we found was not via this agent, I would definitely consider them to sell my property, as they actively market properties to prospective buyers before the properties go live on Rightmove and other online selling sites.

GoogleWe had a complicated house move, being in a chain of six. There were many ups and downs in the process and without the expertise of our agent, Steve, the chain would have completely collapsed. He went way beyond expectations to secure a positive outcome for us for which we are eternally grateful. His professionalism, knowledge and perseverance was second to none. The whole chain owes him a big thank you. There is no doubt that we highly recommend Michael Graham as a top choice for house moving!

GoogleAfter trying several estate agents to sell my property I decided to use Michael Graham and I must say how much better they were in every way. Paul and Steve went above and beyond to sell my house in such a difficult market. They are professional and yet very friendly and always on the phone or keeping me up to date. I would definitely use them again.

Steve was our main contact, he acted in a thoroughly professional manner at all times often being proactive when needed in order to keep the sale process moving. GooglePaul and Steve were excellent they were extremely pro active rather than re active in this very difficult market place. Very professional, informative and honest throughout our sale, due to their extensive knowledge of the housing market our property sold quickly. The new online sales progress checker is a very useful tool and obviously the more input from buyers and sellers could make this a market leader. GoogleAfter an initial attempt at selling last autumn we tried Michael Graham and are so glad we did. They were a pleasure to deal with and marketed our property very effectively and we soon had a good offer after half a dozen excellent, qualified viewings. They didn’t just leave us to our own devices after the offer but provided help and advice all the way through to completion. Perhaps more importantly, they built a good relationship with our buyers and looked after them properly too. Paul, Steve, Brenda and Jane in the Risborough office are a very effective team and give the lie to the popular, rather negative, view of estate agents. Thank you

GoogleMichael Graham were professional and extremely courteous throughout the process of our house purchase. They updated me as and when necessary and were proactive in communicating with other professional parties. In particular , Luke Jackson always acted promptly to answer any questions I had and I felt very confident knowing he was dealing with our house purchase.

GoogleWe recently bought our new home through Michael Graham, and Luke and his team at the Buckingham office were so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always quick to respond to queries. The whole transaction ran so smoothly and we have no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent.
