GoogleWe thought all estate agents were pretty much the same but how wrong we were. Having tried a number of agents in Leighton Buzzard over an eighteen month period to try and sell our property in Great Brickhill, following a personal recommendation we switched to Michael Graham. What a difference! Richard and his professional team guided us through the process during this tricky time in the property market and we have now achieved a sale. Professional, organised, diligent and above all knowledgeable so their advice can be trusted. Don't despair if your house has been on the market for a while, just switch to Michael Graham and let them improve your chances of selling - it's never to late to find the right agent!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Michael Graham Milton Keynes branch and found all the staff to be great. They are all exceptionally knowledgeable and what we expected to be an extremely stressful process was made to be easy.If issues arose they were dealt with very promptly and expertly. A big thanks to Richard the manager, his two colleagues Alex and Michael and of course Stephanie the secretary who was fantastic.

GoogleNo stars are deserved. The system demands that you put one as a minimum. Michael Graham has been absolutely useless. We rang last Friday afternoon expressing interest in a property new on the market, left a message with a receptionist but to date no one has returned our call. My daughter also rang, left her details and again no response. So rude not to even acknowledge a client's call.

GoogleApologies for the late review as the house was sold in June of this year. The first person to visit our home was Richard Irlam who gave us at the time of visit a valuation which was based on his profound knowledge of the local market and we achieved a sales price of £480,000 on a property that he valued at £495,000. The whole sales process was managed by Gareth Redman who managed it meticulously through each of the stages and put in so much effort to getting the property sold. At the time of final negotiation Ben Laidler was truly excellent. The only way to sell your property in this area is by instructing Michael Graham they always perform. The only thing that lets them down is there mundane, unenthusiastic receptionist otherwise I would give them five stars.

GoogleWe recently brought our family home through Gareth Redman at Michael Graham in Towcester. From walking through the door on the first viewing to getting the keys Gareth was a pleasure to deal with. He and the team went above and beyond in all aspect of the purchase from chasing up and down the chain to even making personal visits to the local council to sort a last minute search issue. We had full contact details throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. We won’t need to move again as the whole family loves our new home, but if we did we would absolutely use Gareth at Michael Graham Towcester.
