Excellent service from an agent that is very well informed about the area and offers, in our experience, a very high level of service and advice with great communication. We could not have been more pleased. This despite the huge surge in workload that has arisen from the 2020 stamp duty holiday. In particular, our thanks to Steve Tillyer who handled the sale and worked so hard over long hours in the office.

From the time we drove up to view our potential new home, the agent Mr Tillyer was very friendly and informative and made it very easy for us to feel comfortable with going ahead and purchasing our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond to try and answer all our concerns. We are very happy with the service we got from MGY. We would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This is an absolutely brilliant Estate agents and would recommend them to anyone, this was my 14th move in 42 years and the most stressful one I’d ever had! If it wasn’t for Steve we would never have got exchanged, so much dithering from agents and solicitors from the bottom and top of the chain, Steve took hold of the reins and steered everyone down the right road. He was always available on the phone to talk to about any queries we had, unlike other agents that are usually unavailable or in a meeting!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had a very traumatic time with our house move due to the corona virus and sale chains collapsing. Paul was our main contact and thank goodness he was on board this sale! Never easy- we had challenges and hurdles all the way through. Paul was professional, knowledgeable with brilliant communication skills which kept everyone informed of progress and intentions from all parties. ..... and... he was our vendor’s agent, so technically not directly involved with us! Cannot recommend this office highly enough. Special mention to Steve as well who successfully saw it all through at the end. The ale is on us!PositiveResponsiveness

Steve Tillyer was the agent coordinating the purchase of our first home and I genuinely can't recommend him enough. He guided us through the process and being as in charge of what was happening as he was made it far less stressful than it otherwise might have been. I would and will recommend Steve and Michael Graham to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have just completed on probably one of the most complex sales ever and quite honestly, we’d still be struggling through if Steve from the Princes Risborough office hadn’t been at the helm. He was the go between for all buyers in the chain and their solicitors. He just somehow managed to get things done (even outside office hours) in a truly efficient and professional manner. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this company for any property sale or purchase. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and the all round service was second to none.

My wife and I have just purchased a property marketed by Michael Graham. During the course of the long and complex negotiations we dealt mainly with Steve Tillyer but to a lesser extent with the charming Brenda. Both gave such a brilliant service that I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Steve went out of his way to help us in anyway that he could. His friendly manner and professionalism was an immense help to us and without this help we probably would have not ended up buying the house of our dreams. Thank you Steve and Brenda for everything it was so much appreciated by us...... John & Val GodfreyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Graham as an estate agents to manage either the selling or buying of a property. We used them for both, and are now very happily in our new home. We had previously been with another agent for 9 months and not received an offer, but after just a few weeks with Michael Graham we had an offer and were able to be in the position to move forwards on our new home. Steve Tillyer managed the process for both the sale and purchase incredibly well, and we are so grateful for the time and dedication he put into both to ensure a successful outcome. We had just had a baby also so it was a stressful time but Steve & his colleagues did everything they could to make things as easy for us as possible - thank you so much!!!
